Sometimes it helps to make the job faster
Has the option to make some templates.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it does not recognize all the medical words and might transcribe some nonsense, at least in spanish. 
I dont know why there are days in which it does make wonders no problem but some days it seems it wont understand anything so i just give up using it. 
There are a lot of times when I click and lock to work in Word and it just write to times the complete or part of the sentence and i have to be erasing the whole time and it is pretty annoying. 
But yes i have to be constantly correcting lots of words
