I used the free trial service and was able to find coursework for design by people I look up to in the field such as Aaron Draplin, a powerhouse of a teacher for design education. Immensely cool to hear their thoughts and the lessons can range from 10 minutes up to a few hours. Great to learn at your own pace!
Pros
LinkedIn Learning courses are offered and taught by industry professionals. It's easy to hone in on crucial lessons when beign taught by people at the top of any given field. They're often charismatic as well due to knwoledge of public speaking.
Cons
Not very much to dislike. It might be easier to search through but even then it is fairly well tailored to your needs.

I have been using LinkedIn Learning for three years now for my corporate job development. It is intuitive, easy to use, the subject experts teaching are excellent in their field, and the tools are adaptable depending on what you need.
Pros
There are a variety of topics- from everything such as interpersonal communication, leadership management, business analytics and so much more! Each topic has multiple options for the amount of time you want to spend on each topic. Trainings I’ve done have been anywhere from 20-30 minutes to 3 hours. You can also go back and complete the training, so you can break it up into smaller time frames.
Cons
Several of the programs require payment for a certificate, but not all of them.

It is ok for the price of subscription and from time to time it is worth to check as some of the training is really good quality but it does feel like it is missing a lots of good training.
Pros
The videos and the way they are organised is easy to digest (short sections). It is good to have the test of knowledge at the end of the chapter. There are some interesting subjects and useful learning.
Cons
Mostly focused on the US, for example with HR training some things do not apply. It feels like it is missing some key training like how to recruit, use metrics, KPI, different job boards or even Linkedin. It can be my poor way of searching but I used different key words and checked some that came up and there were just mostly 1-5 minutes parts in some other training that briefly mentioned the subject I was looking for about the recruitment, KPI's in recruitment etc.

Would recommend for sure, I personally prefer LIL over other programmes
Pros
I really like the campaign management tools - it’s easy to schedule a set course or programme for a set time meaning you can create a calendar of learning in advance.
I also like the different admin settings. It’s good that any manager can create learning pathways and assign them to their teams.
Cons
Some of the reporting could improve as the different metrics are quite disjointed and provide different results, for example when viewing most popular courses vs most popular skills learnt.
I also feel there should be an option to search by region, as a lot of content is American and as a UK business I feel most training comes across as more authentic and relevant when the voice delivering the training is also from the UK.

I had a moderately good experience using this tool . Not a bad experience at all. It was worth my time.
Pros
It has a large selection of courses that I could tailor to my own taste, and the fact that most of them offered certificates was a plus.
Cons
Some of the courses were expensive and the fact that one doesn't have direct contact with the instructors can be a turn off.

LinkedIn Learning - Optimal Resources for Training New Hires and Interns

LinkedIn Learning provides a wide variety of business and marketing courses that could be useful for supplementary training for new hires or interns. However, I would not use LinkedIn Learning as the only training resource.
Pros
I like how LinkedIn Learning provides a wide range of business and marketing topics that can be broken up into digestible portions. One can complete the courses at their leisure, and not have to complete all the sections in one sitting.
Cons
It depends on the course, but some of the marketing concepts are rather basic. While I understand that LinkedIn Learning seeks to be accessible to everyone regardless of experience level, I was hoping that it would also offer something more for those like myself with more experience.

Cons

I really enjoy LinkedIn Learning. It has grown my experience on my profile and helped me broaden my knowledge. The best part of taking these classes is that I can apply the material right away to my work.
Pros
The learning opportunities are endless. There are so many courses to choose from plus certificates that you can add to your LinkedIn profile. I have enjoyed taking a few classes and broadening my learning. Especially when I am working on a project that I may not have a lot of experience with. I can come into LinkedIn Learning and get up to speed quickly and at my own pace.
Cons
My companies budget for these classes is low so I am limited to how many I can take. I also would like to have dialogue with an instructor or other to discuss the material.
