They are incredibly easy to deal with and promptly correct any mistakes forwarded to them by the Property Managers.

It used to be finding the page for uploading the documents but I now just bookmark the page and it comes back immediately.

The moderation was fine. The technical support was abysmal.

I paid for technical setup and support for a hybrid meeting. I have never seen such unprofessional service at a meeting. The "tech" brought a sheet and a flimsy PVC frame to project our meeting. My Regional and I had to hold the PVC frame on each side because it wouldn't even stand on its own. The PVC frame was not correctly set up. The pieces of frame at the top were not connected so the whole "sheet" setup was folded. The tech was late, did not arrive until 15 minutes before the meeting start, and the setup wasn't complete until well after our meeting started. The sheet was dirty. I expected CondoVoter to bring a real projector screen. One of my residents commented that he hadn't seen a projection onto a sheet since he was a kid. It was frankly an embarrassment.

They make the process very seamless. They are very responsive and great to work with.

I do not have anything negative to say about CondoVoter. The staff is absolutely amazing to work with.

Our non-profit association used Condovoter for our AGM even though we aren't a condo/HOA. They were so organized and responsive throughout the entire process, and so patient with me while I asked a million questions and changed plans a few times. Plus, online, advanced voting was clearly a win for our organization as that was the most people we've ever had vote at an AGM. We will definitely use them again in the future.

It is so easy and takes a lot of the stress off of getting out meeting packages. CV send out the pre-notice and meeting packages. They keep attendance, track voting and make all the major headaches that we had with in-person meetings melt away.

We hold several AGMs within a short time period. The meetings are spread out over several weeks. Because of scheduling, we have not always worked with the same moderator. Although we have a favourite now (shout out to [sensitive content hidden] ), and CV has been accommodating and scheduled her for our meetings. Thank you so much!

During the first meeting there was challenge over the Internet service.

Using it for Owners Meetings rather than doing them in person. More people tend to attend the meetings. It is more comfortable doing it through CondoVoter rather than in person.
