Quick and easy tool

Reviewed on 2023/05/05

Pros

The testing tool proved to be a valuable resource for me in evaluating the effectiveness of my web app. I found the tool to be very user-friendly, with a simple and intuitive interface that made it easy to use. The test results were presented in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for me to understand the areas where my web app could be improved.

Cons

The free tier of the performance testing tool did not provide me with enough credit to get a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities. While I was able to get a sense of its basic functionality, I was left with the impression that a more thorough test would be required to truly assess its value.

Over all experience is quite good, tools helps to setup load test quickly.

Pros

On demand setup where small team can set-up load test framework very quickly up to any amount of load, no need to worry backend infra, otherwise setup backend infra from load test is tedious and time consuming task.
Also Load Patterns supported by tools are quite impressive.

Cons

Script recorder needs to be improve, though it is useful but it buggy.

Great product for API Load testing

Reviewed on 2023/04/06

Pros

We used LoadView's Api stress testing to check our API response time under heavy load.Their reports are very good for analytics and research.

Cons

Stress test / load test report can contain more parameters and the layout of the report should be more detailed and organized. API endpoint names were missing.

So we have public profile pages for all of our clients, and there was a time when we made huge architectural change on how these public profiles were fetched from the system. We were in dire need to do stress testing for this release, and that's when we started using Loadview. It was really a smooth experience using Loadview, with which we could figure the scalability issue we could have gotten into post the release. So yeah the experience with Loadview have been really great so far :)

Pros

- First and foremost it really helps us figure out how scalable our website is even before it goes to prod.
- It's performs pretty decent while we try to figure out the bottlenecks in our system with respect to the API throughput
- The testing team has also been helped with this a lot, like how it enables them to simulate all the api calls and everything

Cons

- The UI could be a little bit better
- The prices could be a little bit lesser, haha
But reat it's been great to use :)

The loadview is used for checking the performance of UI side in our application. The integrated IDE tool is very helpful. The IDE script generation accuracy is very high. This reduces the time needs to edit the script or copy the script fom any other tool. The reports generated are so useful and meaningful and accurately depicts the data.

Pros

The integrated IDE tool for tracking and generating the scripts.

Cons

I didnt find any thing that is not useful.

I was confused about the price indicated on the lower part of the page, it says like pay for the test something, does it mean that even for the free trial I have to pay? It's confusing that's why I did not push through with my free trial.
