I love their customer service, everyone is always helpful and happy to assist. Their turn around time for approval is SO QUICK!
Pros
I love that my company uses this! It's easy to navigate and has great mobile use as well.
Cons
Nothing that comes to mind, might be relevant might not. But my office is based in CO, I work in the FL locations. I wish their ski pass was equal to something like that here for us.

Hard to deal with. Shut down all cards in mid December to switch over to a new system. Yes, Mid December, busiest time of the year to use funds YOU have contributed

ThrivePass for Benefits
Reviewed on 2018/11/30
Pros
I was sure there were going to be issues connecting my already existing gym membership information to Thrive and having everything still get paid out correctly, especially since the amount my company gives to Thrive is less than what I pay monthly. However, all I had to do was enter some basic membership information into Thrive and account information, and everything was paid out correctly on the first try. This makes it really easy to use benefits reimbursements the company is giving.
Cons
I'm only using it for one benefit right now, so I haven't played with it a ton outside of that one benefit, but I have come across no issues so far.

Overall, I'm pleased with my experience, which has involved purchasing wellness gift certificates and also being reimbursed for gym membership expenses.
Pros
I've had to reach out to Customer Service a couple of times about unexpected issues that arose during the ThrivePass purchase or reimbursement process, and they have been super helpful and quick to respond.
Cons
Sometimes, it can be a little difficult to find what you're trying to navigate to on the website.

It's a nice benefit that seems to have a positive impact on company morale as more people use it.
Pros
It is easy to send in receipts for past health related expenses to be billed back. That function is probably the nest thing about TrivePass
Cons
It is hard to get started and to remember to use it every month. There are a limited number of gyms that are on it in my area that would allow for a automatic recurring charge so I have to remember to add my expenses manually every month.

Simple way to submit health reimbursement requests

Pros
I used Thrivepass to request reimbursement for eligible fitness spending. I was able to complete reimbursement paperwork online, in a few minutes, and did not need to contact the vendor for a receipt . I could verify by documenting credit card charges. The software was quick and easy to use and simplified the reimbursement process.

I have never really had any "hiccups" with Thrive Pass. All reimbursements have been smooth and adjustment needed from my end have always been explained great.
Pros
That my company contributes to this for us and the multiple selections we have to chose from.
Cons
Did not see areas like work equipment such as work boots, work apparel, safety equipment, i.e. safety glasses, vest etc. Not sure if there is a reimbursement for work boots?

It was easy to use and submitting a claim for reimbursement for fitness was easy. I got emails almost immediately after submitting and the processing went faster than I expected.
Cons
It was difficult to get to the Thrive Pass from our Wellness page. It took several attempts before I was able to get into my Thrive account and to my Thrive savings account.

Efficient, helpful
Reviewed on 2017/09/28
Pros
Our account manager is REALLY quick to respond to all my questions and the website is efficient. It's a little inconvenient that we have to pay out of pocket but the turnaround time for approval to reimbursement is actually very short.
Cons
Most people don't like that we have to pay out of pocket first and it's a complicated setup to get working with our in house massage therapist, but again turnaround for reimbursement is quick so I don't think it's a big deal.

Ease in managing additional benefits for our team.
Pros
Historically, both pre-tax and wellness benefits have been a very manual and laborious process. Using the Thrivepass system has eliminated the majority of admin time spent managing this process. The less time any People Ops team can spend on manual processes, the better!
Cons
The UX could be cleaned up a little bit, making it more intuitive for the end user. Our team always figures it out, but sometimes it takes a few extra clicks. Thrivepass also seems to be making quick fixes to some of these issues, so hopefully won't be a concern moving forward.
