Price but I guess you get what you pay for. No good help.

No real time support and email support is slow and does not explain details.

So far all good. Hopefully they will maintain as this.

Any new solution that you first start to use you need a human support apart from just a read documents support. in that way Enginemailer support team scores the highest for their support compared to any other email platform provides that I have come across.

Enginemailer need to allow the usage of Zapier for integration.
and need to improve on the design features. the designing options can be improved.

-a more polished look (vs outlook) to circulate our bulletins, promote our training programmes & events
-easy to use interface
- tracking system for sent campaigns (click rate etc).
-Easy to use templates that offers flexibility to customise

-unable to determine if emails end up in spam

Enginemailer lets you upload lots of subscribers, but only get billed for sending.
Other platforms out there bill you for subscribers and if your campaigns are low, it gets costly.
It also has sufficient APIs for transactionary emails.
So Enginemailer is more price friendly.

Their drag and drop UI looks dated compared to more modern sending services.

Adding in new contacts / Easy search / very reliable

Still new user of Enginemailer so no comments yet for now.

Dashboard reports that help to give overall of email tracking.

Clarifying the use who opt for email marketing

The features that are quite impactful are the Drag and Drop Editor to create the Email Content, thus making it quite easy to navigate and the Report Analytics on the Real Time Reporting.

Pertaining to the Google Analytics features, I hope there will be a specific GA for each campaigns to tracks sales from the links attached inside.

The easy-to-use functionality for our EDMs, as well as our API integration.

We've not currently faced much difficulties to note: as any issues we've raised prior were either resolved via their customer support/helpdesk + support site https://enginemailer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us, or via their content blogs @ https://www.enginemailer.com/blog.

Recommend reaching out to their friendly team should a need arises.

- Pricing: The entry level plan for new subscribers is free, with 10,000 emails per month. Features are all available to everyone no matter which plan you choose
- Low learning curve: From creating my first email campaign, to creating an online sign-up form for lead gen, the flows are intuitive. It doesn't take much effort to get what you want from using the platform. Knowledge base also comes with more than sufficient guide on using the platform
- Autoresponder: Though it's still in beta stage, it works. I can now send series of email campaigns for drip marketing

- Lacking landing page creation.
- Though the entry level free forever plan provide you 10,000 emails per month, it is capped at 500 emails per day. I guess it's to minimise spammers taking advantage signing up for free plans
- Lacking 3rd party integration. For example integrating to e-commerce, CMS or other CRM platform

I love the features and the free images provided by the software! Save time to find pictures from other websites.

Some issues sometimes happen but no worries, the support team easy to reach.

I love the easy to use functions especially how intuitive the process is. I have no technical background but today I created an email greeting for my audience. I also love the readily available templates. Makes it easier for beginners like me.

I also appreciate the customer support. Efficient and effective.

The software is very straightforward, very simple to use, and also powerful. It contains all the features we need to integrate it with our own tools using the API.

Well for the moment everything is working as expected and we didn't have any problem with the software.

It's very user friendly and don't need much help executing any email campaign at all. After a few tries, then it's super easy to use.

The only issue faced is the loading picture part. Where we can only upload one each time. Would be great if can be multiple upload.

Its super reliable and offers lots of free & attractive templates; excellent Contacts & Database Management with detailed reporting.

The pricing packages or plans are based on "monthly" basis and whilst its flexible to be upgraded/downgraded anytime; would be fantastic if the plans can be customized to allow "quarterly or yearly" basis as the usages are usually not fixed on monthly basis.

Everything about Enginemailer, particularly how easy it is to manage subscriber database.

Limited template options for a great-looking content.
