NONE I was lied too and sold a one time plan I have it in writting and told credits would last for 12 months and 3 months later they took away the credits.... And told me to pay again to get them back

Most of the numbers were wrong. They violated my contract and tried to charge me reoccuing charges instead of the ONE TIME Charge I agreed on and have in writting

Simple and easy to use, great Chrome extension and contact data results are consistently accurate

Don't really have a con, other than the cost has gone up therefore we've held off on upgrading our subscription

I'm a Sr. Technical Recruiter in the Americas focusing on technical sourcing for cybersecurity professionals. I have a degree in cybersecurity, and I use OSINT to find candidates. Person of interest (POI) searches are time consuming and the value of this tool is the ability to get bulk contact information fast. I use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and I can search and add contact information from the extension. I also scrape a lot of data from various websites and can perform bulk uploads quickly. This makes my recruitment marketing so much easier, because I can export the lists and upload it to my applicant tracking system. I then send SMS and emails to candidates. The real value of this tool is reducing time to hire in the recruitment process and speeding up sourcing. I consider this tool to be very cost effective as well. In one placement you will earn far more than the annual cost of this tool. Comparable tools cost more and aren't nearly as accurate. Swordfish has exceeded my expectations, don't hesitate to add it to your suite of recruitment tools.

I do not have any complaints. This is an excellent product!

Swordfish lets me connect with the right candidates for the best jobs. They spider for ways to connect, be it social media or online, and it works. The contact info is validated and accurate, and candidates are amazed when connected. I've hired a few through its success.

New privacy laws and guidelines mean less results, but 8 out of 10 is significantly better than other resources and much easier/faster than others. 100% improvement on ZoomInfo, which is clunky, old data and time suck.

My favourite feature is how smoothly it integrates with my browser, making it very easy to pull up Swordfish and quickly extract contact information. The speed and accuracy of the software is very impressive.

I don't have many negative comments, I rely heavily on Swordfish for my prospecting and it has worked wonders so far.

Twitter being toxic and anonymous needs a lot of work to find who is behind multiple circumventing violations

I like the fact that not the database is able to redeem contacts not only from LinkedIn but also more B2C social media platforms such Facebook and Instagram

The fact that it is SUPER SLOW when trying to find a contact's info

This tool finds both personal and cell phone numbers for most candidates with a high accuracy rate.

The pricing options are limited and on the expensive side.

We really like that it is easy to use and implement for all of our recruiters. Good leads fast.

We feel that sometimes the provided information isn't the most accurate and in lots of cases not available at all.

Best piece of software that I have used.

please give me more free credits as I find that I run out easily
