The authoring tool make PowerPoint much more comprehensive. The central library with it's functions is really the key benefit and enables us to maintain a single source our truth regarding our different slide decks.

An administrative central user management console would be helpful. Performance has already significantly improved but there is still ground to gain. Some more features in the library with regards to history and a changelog would be nice.

We use Empower daily. We have designed thousand of slides for our clients. It is easy to use and learn. It helps us minimize our time by 60-70%. We also like the automated consistency check tools.

Maybe some more functionalities would be great.

The graphing functionality is a game changer and allows us to deliver complex information in a simple and effective manner. Being able to save template presentations in a central library is also very useful.

We previously had issues with using empower tables in presentations because once we updated the data, the table format would change. We have also struggled to link tavles which have merged cells.

Working with gant charts was sometimes difficult, because of the respone time. When adding new bars or changing the date, the app was taking a couple seconds to reflect the changes, which is too slow.

I like the visualization capabilities more than anything. The Powerpoint Designer function is good, but the Empower tool allows for more rich visuals that better support information sharing & telling stories.

It's a little complicated to learn all the functions. They've tried to put everything in one ribbon for ease of access. But some of the features take time to set up and use.

Easy to use for all employees after a minimum of training improves quality and efficiency immediately. Smooth integration in MS Office suite.

to use empower cloud as well as the storage of all powerpoints didn't work out for us. Sharing on a teams and sharepoint, chatting and collaborating found an easier way to our employees.

There is nothing we don't like. We could use more templates if we are picky.

Still not a bug-free programme (although major 'game-breaking' issues have been adressed already)

Few questionable functionality decisions, e.g.
- the possibility to copy/paste slides/sets etc., but not to copy/paste folders
or
- the linking mechanic between original slides and their copies, which works fine between the private and the company library but not with the corporate design templates

Empower helps to work faster and more effectively across the company. I love the "Layout Tools".

Unfortunately, the important function of linking to presentations and folders in the library no longer exists.

I would like to see special features that simplify, make more flexible and extend the creation and editing of animations in PowerPoint.

I could change templates quickly, and select the content form the library.

Each time, it requires assistance from the customer service staff when I upload the template.

Personally, I save numerous hours each month by utilizing it for training purposes. Moreover, its affordability and incredible support contribute to an overall remarkable experience.
My Master Template was also recreated to operate much more smoothly and efficiently than before.

Uploading assets such as pictures and logos can be quite time-consuming. However, [sensitive content hidden] from the Empower Express Team graciously took care of this task for me.

Easy to convert templates, translate decks and formatting. It's a great tool

Sometimes the sync can be a bit slow, but it’s not a big deal.
