Pros
Setting up leads for agents, it’s a great way to get new clients and usually also provides the details of what they are looking for.
Cons
Sometimes the information passed on by the ISAs is not always correct. I have had calls transferred to me and they aren’t even looking to buy or sell.

The system offers much to team members who want to grow their business and offer the best possible service to clients.
Pros
All of the information available to connect with the leads is very helpful. I also think the ability to document conversations and notes is very valuable. The features are helpful to be productive when I as a liaison have conversations and connect with agents.
Cons
Being new to this workforce but working in other systems for other professions I feel Cinc is always improving for those who use it. I am pleased to say I don’t really honestly have any cons to mention.

Pros
Lead Generation: CINC offers powerful tools for generating and capturing leads, especially via their integrated websites and landing pages. easy to navigate, with a clean and intuitive design.
Cons
Getting help instantly is not always the case :-( May take 24 hours for an issue to be resolved. As a site owner, I would like the ability to change things to suit my business without going through my acct rep

I'd give it an 8 out of 10. It's a good way to capture leads but would be nice if we could get connected to clients in real time. Having people validate their email has been a huge help. They should validate their phone number too to save us time.
Pros
The database is user friendly and mostly easy to understand.
Cons

I think they spend too much effort developing improvements to the app rather than focusing on the core of lead generation and engagement. exp.. a mobile app is nice but most work is still done best on a lap top or pad.

Follow Up BossReasons for Choosing CINC
I actually added CINC to REW because of REW’s lacking CRM functionality. REW has the best front end websites and CINC has the best backend so the combination works well although it’s very expensive.Reasons for Switching to CINC
CINC had the ability and potential to replace REW completely if it worked but the front end site is just not up to par with that of REW or KV Core.- Industry: Real Estate

I don't have much to add to the pros and cons I've listed, except that any suggestions for improvements or constructive criticism on changes which have been made are simply ignored. The platform is quirky, so new changes require us to adjust how we modified our behavior for those quirks. Either tighten up the whole system and make it reliable or stop making changes please so we can all just live with what we've got.
Pros
Lead capturing is excellent. The ability to text, call, or email in one platform is perfect for finding the medium which best suits each lead. The behavioral messaging can be very useful, though it's important to tweak it so it's appropriate for your business.
Cons
The app has gone through many updates, most of which seem to improve the look while diminishing the functionality. It is impossible to use the app and see what you need to do on any given day without spending a minute adjusting filters. On either desktop or app, you cannot easily schedule reminders for leads because the calendar regularly defaults to past dates, necessitating constant vigilance on the part of the user. You cannot prioritize tasks and reminders in your daily list, causing you to have to scroll up and down to find the next most important thing. Mass selection of leads for communications also often requires having to select leads multiple times after paging through them because they inexplicably become unselected. Basically, it is a powerful program that requires you to be careful when using it and also accept that functionality degrades with updates.

Very disappointing, CINC is the epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. They brag about scrubbing leads and only supplying valid emails and phone numbers. However, well over 20% of the phone numbers are for non-existent people. Another large portion is to people who have no idea why you are calling and the remainder just don't ever pick up. By far the most common response received from the tiny minority of people who do respond is "Not Interested".
Pros
The CRM portion of CINC is good and its relatively easy to track leads and communication.
Cons
The leads are almost all duds, I purchased the CINC program to increase my business, but the only thing it has done is draw over $1300 per month out of my business.
Response from Commissions
Hi Warrick, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your CINC experience hasn't matched your expectations. Any agent that has success with online leads will tell you that completing training, consistently calling your leads, identifying notifications alerting there are engaged leads, and giving the system time to warm up your leads into clients are the keys to success. A lead who left all of their contact information on your site was interested in something :) Let the system continue to nurture them until they are ready to transact. You have a rockstar account manager, so we encourage you to lean on him and our training team to help turn your experience around and find you the same success that thousands of other agents have found with CINC!
Our next online conversion day is 8/8 https://www.cinccommunity.com/registerforwebinars. That would be a great place to start to help you find gold in your database.

Hi Elicia! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Because of the state of the market, it does feel like there are a lot of people who are "just browsing." To help with that, we've released several features in recent months that are designed to help you sift through your database and bring the best leads to the surface. We also released RealVerified Leads. We encourage you to reach out to your account manager or [email protected] to learn more about these features and anything else that might make a difference in your CINC experience so that we can address your cons :)

This system has enabled me to launch and expand my real estate customer base and career.
Pros
What I like most about sink is the numerous ways leads can be categorized and classified. The options are almost limitless.
Cons
I really can't think of a negative. I would say that a negative that could happen in the future would be moving towards an AI generated Central operating system. I think the human factor is still vital and that handing everything over to an automated system in the end, is harmful. Consider this a preemptive criticism that doesn't have to exist.
