Works so good with integrated modules of both recruiting and developing. Rewarding feature also nice to have, encourages employees to refer someone that know. Also great for looking at the life-cycle of an employee which can be presented to management.

The general usage is not so fast, sometimes it is needed to just copy and paste from some data but it doesn't let. So if the limitations can be lifted, it will be perfect.

Software not stable updates Unreliable and breaks things that NG may not know until user reports, and some of the issues don’t get solved from the root level. Can be very frustrating for the users.

The lack of ability to fully format to an agency's preferences. Particularly, true formatting of notifications.
Also, though an out of date notion, real user's manual.

Love how easy it is to use and navigate. You can have people from all over the departments use it without struggle.

No complaints. It’s come a long way since it first came out.

These ease for our applicants to apply. Setting up our job postings is a breeze.

Everything we need to track in is hidden and hard to find. When I run a report I do not get the correct information.

Not much, just small things like not being able to delete an evaluation step made in error if candidates were sent to that step. Even if the candidates were moved back, still can’t delete the step made in error.

It would be helpful if there were training videos for SMEs — most notably for those conducting interviews

No "package" deals where you can select certain products for one price

I like the automation, being able to create templates, scheduling is super convenient and bulk actions/notices.

I wish there was a way to save what details you view when you see the list of candidates, i dont need most of the info shown and i have to uncheck to see list. I don't like how quickly it times me out. I don't like that if you click twice on one of the sections to the pie circle, it will list all the candidates. Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm not all that familiar with the terminology.

Report builder and some implementation configurations are quite complicated.

The easy to use. The drop downs and selection process is great.

All the reports that are ready and easy to get, makes more work for me, in a great way. So not really a con!

The applicant tracking system, ease of posting positions, the ability to Onboard new employees and assign tasks.

There are a few features that could be added. I do not like that there is not an option to merge profiles in Onboard or that there is not an option to update passwords.

training is high level and broad. so if you weren’t part of the agency’s implementation you are on your own to figure out how the product is being used
