Info-Tech provided very detailed and user-friendly training courses to under the use of their system for free. An excellent with great knowledge of technical support.

You will need to have internet access or else you would not be able to log into the system.

I have seen some companies have their own HRMS software but I feel when there is software like this, no need to spend time on creating HRMS rather can create different products for the best of the company.This software is easy to use with all the features and the company can go for options with the features they only need it.

Some additional capabilities like sorting the table with the date can be done. Because to find a claim that is pending, I have to search it by clicking one by one. Or can just show one more column as status in the table

Easy interface to use, we can simply use the info-tech system to manage the employees salaries, payslips and attendance.

So far I did not face m any major cons by using this system.

I like All the info-Tech HRMS, friendly user.

It would be good that the system allow to generate course image report of individual employee as well as employee photo, work pass copy and passport copy etc... image of individual employee

Customization was quite difficult as we need it seldom based on our needs.

Its very useful and easy Payroll system. I find it simple and easy to use. Especially in OT calculation system will auto generated the amount reduce our times to work out.

cannot multiple clock in/ out for example they knock off after work and come back ot until morning for night shift.
