Pros
Wherever I have to ask my friends or my colleagues, about going on a trip or taking a decision on something important. I prefer using Microsoft Forms. This gives me an option to create a customised form for to send it to my friends and colleagues for their opinion. And also genrates a graph according to the results generated by my poll.
Cons
Nothing as of now. I had been using from past 2 years, and till then I didn't faced a single problem in any functioning.

I really enjoyed using Microsoft Forms and would recommend it to anyone.
Pros
I loved using Microsoft Forms! It made it so easy to create a form, even as a beginner who had never done it before. I love that it had options I could choose from for the responses and generated an email to me for each response. It was very easy to use and helpful.
Cons
I can't think of anything I didn't like about Microsoft Forms. I feel as though I had a really positive experience.

Overall, Microsoft forms is amazing, very friendly to new user and very neat.
Flexibility on data analyzing is top notch. But there are some downsides that for sure will improved. But when it comes to neat and accurate data. This is recommended.
Pros
Good thing with Microsoft forms, I don’t need to be an pro to design a survey. First you can automatically export responses into Excel, which is very useful in data analyzing. Second, you can track responses as they appear, which is perfect for surveys or feedback forms where immediate response are vital.
Cons
The forms are very neat but the problem is you don’t have as much freedom to personalize your forms. There are fewer design options and less flexibility with form layouts, which might be affect if you're targeting to have creative and more visualist style of forms.
another downside is the lack of advanced question types.

Pros
I liked the possibilities you have with this software. They truly are endless. Whatever review or survey you can think of making, you can conjure it up with Microsoft Forms. Great for businesses and taking note especially finding interest levels of employees, etc.

I use Microsoft Forms with Power Automate to streamline several processes for internal and external stakeholders. It is a powerful asset when used in unison with other Microsoft tools.
Pros
I like how easy it is to create and deploy forms using the platform. Microsoft Forms excels when it is combined with other features in the Microsoft environment as other platforms offer more customization and branded templates.
Cons
I don't like how limited the ability to customize the look of Microsoft Forms is. I truly think other platforms have a better look for respondents, but it does what it needs to do.

Forms has helped my teaching be more efficient, effective and less stressful. Once you have invested the time in setting them up (good news, it is not that hard), your payback is multifold over many years. Bonus - the students love this technology, the instant feedback, and the ability to type their answers. The limit is your imagination.
Pros
Forms is a relatively simple way of creating tests, surveys and other activities that once set up can be used again and again with little effort to many classes.
Cons
If you are a power user of Forms you can rapidly come up with a limit to how many forms you can use. This needs to increase to make this less of an issue.

So easy to use for gathering information quickly! Surveys are easy and hassle free to create, and the integration with Microsoft makes it easy to field the survey. I also like how the results can be exported to excel for quick analysis.
Pros
I like that it is a survey tool within the Microsoft suite. Because of this, it is the verified internal survey tool for my company to do quick polls, like what to get for lunch. I like that it is under a trusted brand and that it is a verified "go to" for quick internal surveys.
Cons
Honestly I like this tool. I think it is a little basic for more advanced surveys and analytics, but I don't think that's the purpose of it.

My experience with Forms is pretty positive. I have implemented it in many different use case scenarios. I have used lots of surveys in Forms, made a lot of tests for my colleagues and employees and created consent forms for internal data processing. It was pretty simple, the options given are quite enough to create different tests, single answer, multiple answer, scales and so on. The options to mix questions, show only the current question by using the branching.
Pros
I like the simplicity of the forms creation and the possibility to use it for multiple different need, from simple consent forms to surveys and tests for employees.
Cons
I don't like that I'm unable to fully customize the form to my preferences; instead, I'm limited by Microsoft's design constraints.

A small business's dream come true

We knew we needed a program to track objective and subjective assessments of clients progress. We knew what questions we wanted answered, and we knew whom we needed to answer each set of questions. With that knowledge, we began looking for a product that could provide that. What we found was software that either did not meet our needs or software that was geared towards large healthcare organizations with budgets exponentially larger than ours. Thankfully we found Forms in a Microsoft Bundle we had purchased. We didn't know we needed it, but by sheer luck, we ended up with it and decided to give it a try. For a minimal investment of time and no capital investment, we have created the program that didn't previously exist. I can't say enough about the ability of Forms to meet our needs.
Pros
Microsoft Forms allows us to create questionnaires for our staff, students, and families in very little time. These forms and the reporting that follows them influence our decisions for client progression. It has allowed us to take a variety of sources of information and condense them into quantifiable results.
Cons
For what we needed, it requires someone with the technical knowledge to operate Forms and the operational knowledge to know what questions needed to be asked. Without both, it would be rather useless. Luckily for us, we are overloaded with operational knowledge, and the relative ease of using Forms means that we have multiple people capable of handling the actual creation.
