Paperless Agreements made easy

Pros

SignDesk is a great product for us to get agreements signed virtually and ensure paperless workflows

Cons

My only suggestion would be to ensure including GST billing details even as part of the basic plan. It should be a straightforward thing to implement

Aadhar based OTP signature and their team support in getting stamp paper for signature

Cons

They do not provide long term agreement backup at affordable cost like dropbox/google drive.

Pros

We are a PropTech based rental management business and were looking for a product with features to prepare, review and e-sign our MoU's and Rental agreements online which is legally accepted. All these features are available in SignDesk and the implementation and api integration with our platform was seamless.

Cons

The current document retention period of 6 months in SignDesk is something we would suggest to increase it to 12 months.

I have used Signdesk for the last 4 years. e-signing via OTP, Aadhar or DSC is very user friendly for our customers. Customer service and response time is impressive as well. There are a lot many things that can be improved as well especially the Signdesk portal's UI look and feel, responsiveness. My developers also tell me SDK features can also be improved.
