The Customer Support is fantastic, very helpful

sometimes it is confusing what needs to be done.

It is very intuitive and easy to navigate from a user perspective. It can also link to your other accounts (gmail, sfdc, etc.) to make using much easier.

The integration to SFDC directly was a little slow and clunky but overall still very good.

I liked everything about this learning modules

Creating modules is easy. Great to assign to certain parts of the organization.

A bit of a learning curve, but once you hit it, it is easy.

MindTickle is easy to use and offers a fun and engaging way to learn sales skills. The platform's gamification features are effective in keeping me motivated to learn and improve. The analytics also help me understand where I need to focus my efforts.

Sometimes the platform can be a bit slow to load, and the content can be overwhelming if you don't have much time to spend on it. However, overall I find MindTickle to be a great resource for improving my sales skills.

Friendly and interactive to quize module by using mobile, computers or laptops.

A very nice and friendly software that they provide the links that is needed for presentations.

Maybe can they can provide more insights on the most important topics published on the web related to the topic in the training provided. But still it's good.

Nothing, the training was excellent, it was difficult when we had to collaborate with others as it is not easy to coordinate times, but overall it was a great experience

Call recording is great. Transcripts are incredibly accurate.

I'm being picky here but when taking a quiz/test for a particular module - if you have a multiple choice question the first option you click will be counted as your actual answer, which brings your grade down.... it does not confirm if you want to submit that option as your answer.

I do really like the platform. Really interactive and easy learning. I do really like to option of dowloading the course as a backup of the lesson learned.

Keeps everything organized on if I have done a training or not. Keeps track of knowledge scores and lets me know when there are new assessments.

Great user experience, it was immersive.

Needs a dark mode, as users can spend hours on their website causing eye strains.

I'm not sure if it's MindTickle that's great, our sales ops team or both, but MindTickle, is a great way to receive content, so I can watch short training videos by a certain date as well as go back to those when I need them.

My only issue is sometimes I feel like I don't need a training as I received it elsewhere and I cannot skip the training. I have to watch the whole training, but that is probably not MindTickle's fault/issue :)

This platform is easy to use and really helps manage the tasks at hand.

I didn't get any type of notifications that lack of progress, or it's been a while since your last login. This would keep users on track for continued progress.

I really like how the content can be customized and how there are engaging quizzes, etc. I like how it embeds into salesforce as well

Nothing really comes to mind...I haven't really had experience with other platforms like this, so I can't say.
