I have been solving a lot of problems with Doctoralia, especially in what concerns patient in-flow.

Pros

Most impactful- the advertising of my activities for exercising my profession. Before Doctoralia, this used to be a real problem After Doctoralia, patients just flow in, slowly but surely.

Cons

What I like least about Doctoralia is the very slow in-flow of clients for some periods. Also the on-line mechanisms of Doctoralia are very difficult to work with , which makes me work with Zoom.

great program for managing my clinic

Pros

Since I started using Doctoralia, the number of visits has grown a lot due to improved visibility and the ease of online appointment booking.For a few months I have also been using it to manage my clinic, with several professionals, and it is easily managed.I highly recommend it.

Cons

I would like to improve patient reminders (it would be nice if it could be done via WhatsApp), and the integration of patient consents through the platform.

Pros

24-hour online booking and managing but delay is terrible.

Cons

Patients dont like to download an App only for booking a consultation. The rating is only in Doctoralia`s plataform, should use Google too, it will improve my google ratings.

Es fácil de usar la plataforma, ha aumentado la cantidad de pacientes y me ayuda a poder discernir entre mis consultas a domicilio o a consultorio o videoconsultas de manera muy sencilla

Cons

En ocasiones ha perdido el formato, y por ejemplo en lugar de marcar 2 horas las consultas a domicilio, en sistema solo llega a marcar 1, y eso hace que se pueda agendar otra consulta y pone en dificultades quie me pueda desplazar, por lo que tengo que estar pendiente para bloquear la agenda

Llevo con doctoralia desde el principio. Empecé con un perfil básico y ahora hace más de cinco años que tengo un perfil premium. Estoy muy satisfecha. Antes tenía también cuentas en otras plataformas, pero en ninguna he encontrado tanto retorno.

Me gusta mucho la gestión de citas, así como los recordatorios a los pacientes.

Cons

Nada en realidad. Parece un poco caro, pero el retorno es muy bueno. Acorde con el precio.

O produto me ajuda muito no dia a dia da clínica pois facilita a admnistração das sessões, dos pagamentos, dos lembretes e confirmações de consulta.

Cons

O atendimento ao cliente deixa muito a desejar, tirando a profissional que lida diretamente com o meu perfil e sempre me auxilia, o canal de suporte é bem ruim. Já fiquei na mão algumas vezes com problemas, e o que mais me incomoda é que de certa forma eu sinto que eles minimizam os problemas que eu levo e supõem coisas antes mesmo que eu consiga explicar os problemas. Outro ponto negativo é o app para celular, que no meu ponto de vista não auxilia por não ter diversas funcionalidades que tem acessando pelo navegador.

Acho que a plataforma é excelente para ser achado, se o médico se dedicar em colocar corretamente o nome do paciente, colocar as informações no prontuário, os dados pessoais do paciente, ele terá uma excelente ferramenta de divulgação, avaliação e prontuário médico.

Cons

A plataforma de celular é bem ruim, precisa de muitas melhorias, não é possível criar um episódio pelo celular, ou criar uma prescrição médica pelo celular. Poderia ser bem melhor. A prescrição memed também, oscila muito, e o acesso através do prontuário é dificil, principalmente para consultar, durante o atendimento, o que foi prescrito.

Me ha permitido crecer mi consulta y el numero de clientes, es un servicio que cumple con lo que ofrece, la atención a clientes es maravillosa y ágil, las herramientas de la plataforma son muy fáciles de usar por lo que no es necesario invertir mucho tiempo en aprender a usarla

Appena iniziato il percorso di istruiscono brevemente su come usare un plan identico al Calendar di Google ma che non si sintonizza ad esso. Tante call per discolparsi dell’inutilità del servizio
Fanno fatture sito web che poi fanno dopo 6 mesi

Cons

È praticamente un truffa! 159€ mensili completamenti regalati, non c’è nessun punto a vantaggio, la visibilità è minima e non c’è ritorno di pazienti. La cosa pazzesca è che nelle sporadiche call di 10 min loro accusano il professionista di non aver sistemato abbastanza bene il profilo
