> **Pros**: I like the admin console because I can handle to-do’s after business hours. I can complete email setups, add videos for new agents, tweak verbiage on all pages, and many more functions. Also, when I need to make small changes to the website they don’t try and bill me for every little thing, big deal\!

> **Cons**: There aren’t really any cons to using ITC but if I had to name one it would be functionality of the web admin on an iPad. Sometimes it is difficult to use.

> My experience has been overall A+. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] help me with the setup and did an excellent job over the phone. He has been there for continued help and the customer service team is always available.

> **Cons**: Functionality. Responsiveness. Lack of communication. Ease of use. Apparent lack of desire to see me succeed. Antiquated platform. This product almost seems abandoned by ITC.

> Nice people individually, but no synergy. No coordinated effort to help succeed with their product. Turnover is high. Consultants leave and we never establish a decent ongoing relationship with anyone. Often my emails are ignored or simply forwarded to someone else without explanation.  No active supervisory oversight.

> Reduced plan to maintain e-mail and some kind of Wewb presence.  Otherwise not alot of value in the site.
