the system is fairly easy to use with a simple format/layout

the systems don't seem to flow without errors/challenges

easy to use, great overview of hopurs for an employee, live data, great KPI overview, time efficient for our planners, monthly improvements and our needs and wishes are often quickly fixed and developed.

It´s easy to make the schedules for my employees, and do corrections if needed.
It´s very good that my employees can swop watches between them, and it is reflected in Tamigo instantly after my approval.

It would be advantageous if I could give the cells different colours, so the schedules would appear more clearly when trying to spot a specific employee on a specific day.
I very often need to overlook more than 5 weeks at a time when working on the schedules, so an option of choosing as many weeks as wanted would be nice!
The features on your mobile do not always work as expected eg when trying to swop your watch with a colleague. It would also be nice if your one-week schedule could be shown as your front/opening page on your mobile.
We miss notifications eg when my employees are waiting for me to accept their request for watch swop.

it is intuitively too work with, easy to learn new employee, very easy to navigate in and to change in the setup so that it suits your company.

there are some small things in "edit rota". the way it counts is funne and does not make sense for us. but i know that Tamigo is looking into it.

It is very easy to use for both administrators and employees

wage exports are not very good. It's like it's something added afterwards.

I like that the tool is helping our store managers in their daily work - it is easy to use, when you first have an understanding of how the tool works and what it can do for you.

The absence module is not very easy to use for the managers, since they are most often working with the rota it self.

Die bedienerfreundliche Nutzung, die Transparenz und die Effektivität die wir mit Tamigo haben und das sogar hotelspezifische Wünsche von Tamigo integriert werden.

Es gibt nichts, was nicht gefällt oder fehlt für uns.

Régulièrement impacté par des bugs de réseau qui faussent les heures

TAMIGO a une double utilisation au sein de notre structure, il permet à nos équipes de piloter leur activité au quotidien et permet à l'équipe RH de récolter les éléments variable de paie.
La solution est intuitive, facile d'utilisation aussi bien avec un profil utilisateur qu'administrateur.
Les équipes support sont toujours très disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins.

Nous ne rencontrons pas de difficultés particulières.

Ich liebe die Einfachheit und intuitive Bedienung von tamigo. Besonders für die Stores die Einsatzpläne.

Leider gefällt mir nicht so gut, dass Urlaubstage nicht als halber Tag beantragt werden können und Einsatzpläne nicht für ein ganzes Jahr im Voraus angeschaut werden können.

J'apprécie principalement la simplicité de prise en main, l'ergonomie du logiciel et le panel de fonctionnalités.

La vitesse d'exécution selon la qualité de connexion dont je dispose sur le lieu d'usage

La facilité d'utilisation, la personnalisation de l'outil à nos besoins, l'accompagnement engagé de l'équipe, les diverses évolutions, le côté pragmatique de l'outil ainsi que sa capacité à couvrir de nombreux domaines RH.

Parfois on retrouve les mêmes informations à plusieurs endroits différents

Benutzerfreundlich und im Zweifelsfall sehr gute Betreuung durch den Kundenservice! Auch das Handbuch ist zu Beginn eine gute Hilfe. Insgesamt sind alle notwendigen Bereiche abgedeckt und mir fehlt nichts. Vor allem die individuellen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten vereinfachen die Nutzung sehr.

Nichts. Ich finde das Tool bindet alle notwendigen Anwendungen ein und lässt nichts außen vor.

Le point fort est son ergonomie. Les fonctionnalités pour le suivi du CA avec l'allocation des effectifs.

Il serait intéressant d'ajouter un module GT pour être plus complet.
