Good software to manage Equipments and vehicules.

New Devellopement is quite slow to finish

MIR-RT has made all the GPS control reliable, and there is a friendly reporting.

MIR-RT is error free, where proper allowance in matters monitoring are credible.

Everything we need in order to run our shop and pull reports is all in one place.

The Dashboard does not have good functionality to breakdown budgeted numbers for a period less than one year.

Owning MIR-RT was the first step towards automation and keeping track of all the activities being carried out in garage. This includes taking care of maintenances, record of all repairs, assigning work orders, updating the status of the units and managing cores and warranties, which was offered by various features available within the software. Most importantly I was able to keep tab of even the virtual activities (that are not directly related to work on the fleet) and miscellaneous items like shop supplies. The system itself helped me establish a process.

Updating warranties for large fleet with different models and units is little tiresome, though the team helped me with a substitute to resolve my issue. However, I believe it would have been much better if I would be able to upload the group warranty through pre-defined templates.

I like that you can move from are to area by double-clicking

Lots of documentation on "What" the fields are but not instructions on "How".

I don't know yet, little problems they fixed in a short time

We've been using Mir-RT since Febryary 12, 2006. We like the ease of use for our mechanics. The precision of the system on keeping tracks of the time worked on a vehicule or many vehicles by our mechanics. The easy access to information and reports by management.

The tire management could be improved. It's been on the radar for a littlew while.

Very similar features of microsoft excel, easy to use/navigate/set-up, large selection of reports can be run to suit any request, maintenance points easy to populate. Bridge options to support internal and external entries that easily export right into accounting. Support and quick response/resolve times. Plenty of filters on each screen (unit, work order PO) are handy to show only necessary search info.

Cannot modify tax amount on invoice, multiple entries required to chargeback customers if more than one unit on vendor invoice. Some of the initial entries cannot be cleared from main branch work order screen, it's a bit of an eyesore, was told it would be corrected with software updates but we have been through 4 or 5 updates and have yet to clear them from screen.

- averages fluctuating parts costs (designed for a fleet of trucks, not retail applications)
- not super user friendly (for lack of better terms it's clunky)
- times for different types of the same work (example, 3 hours of brake work is totaled when we want to assign 2 hours for caliper replacement and 1 hour for pad replacement, we can separate it but we cannot edit the labour description)

The software is easy to use, give good information.

There nothing really wrong with the software

The warranty tracking feature makes it a lot easier to track warranty's.

The issues when transferring to accounting system.

La facilité d'apprentissage et l'autonomie qui est offert aux mécaniciens. Bon service technique également.

Le système n'est pas tellement adapté pour le type de compagnie que nous avons. Certaines options qu'on nous avait dit qu'il y aurait n'est pas encore disponible. De notre côté, MIR-RT Web n'est pas efficace pour le moment, car nous n'avons pas accès à nos listes de BT. Nos employés doivent changer régulièrement de BT dans une journée, ils ne peuvent que très rarement utiliser le Web dû à cet aspect.

Autonomie qu'il procure aux mécaniciens, la possibilité que des usagers de véhicule puissent laisser des notes via une application.

Un peu moins adapté à des petites flottes comme la notre et l'obligation de devoir réapprendre une méthode de travail qui fonctionne à l'inverse de ce que nous faisions. (c'est contre intuitif pendant un certain temps

Formateur facile a rejoindre et facile d'utilisation. Beaucoup d'information sur le cote unite

Pour l'instant lors des mise a jours beaucoup de probleme de logiciel par la suite.
Est ce lier a notre systeme ou aux mise a jours , reste a voir dans le futur

Pas intinctif, beaucoup de formation à donnée au utilisateur à temps partiel

Très user-friendly et l'équipe de DataDis sont toujours là pour le support et répond rapidement à nos questions et nos besoins. On est très content d'avoir changer de système de maintenance pour MIR-RT.

Des complications d'intégration avec d'autres application ex: notre outil de RDS/géolocalisation et notre outil de répartition

La plateforme en soi ... un peu basic, mais très fonctionnel!

Le suivie de facture et de la flotte . L entretien des véhicules plus facile et le service avec les inspections .

Ce n ' est pas un probleme de votre coté mais plus du mien. La comptabilité . :) hahaha ses une gestion différente de notre coté .

Il n'y a aucun aspects négatif pour l'instant au logiciel.

Le système est lent lors des différentes demandes, mais plus particulièrement dans la plateforme planification.

Un logiciel très bien adapté à notre secteur d'activité.
La planification des bons de travail est très intéressante
