To address your concerns, unfortunately all text message providers limit the number of letters/characters allowed to be transmitted. But we have done everything we can to make sure that our users have the ability to send the maximum number of characters allowed by the cell phone service providers.

If you find that your recall list has some inaccuracies, this typically occurs when a staff member doesn't correctly use the Recall Appointment button in the Appointment Module. Have your staff call our support team and we'll be happy to review the correct use of Recalls in Practice-Web.

We also recommend following us on other social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), as we share a lot of tips and how-tos there as well. And, as you know, support is always just a call or email away! The team is happy to walk you or your staff through any areas that are unclear. :)

That's typically covered as part of your free training, but it's no doubt a lot to take in and sometimes things don't seem relevant until you're using the software daily.
