> **Pros**: The price point, the ease of use, the customer support, the integration of the features we need into our  team's current work methodology, the ability to import our own subs and also solicit unknown subs.

> **Cons**: Certain details such as being able to view in the sent report exactly who the correspondence was sent to - be it for a bid invite or an addendum notification, inability to see RSVP/status of bid invites sent to each contact under the same company - only shows that of the primary contact, and the inability to see a copy of correspondence sent from Pipeline via our estimating email address in our estimating account's sent folder - makes it difficult to forward them if needed, are really my only critiques thus far.

> **Pros**: The last platform we used was not fully developed and their IT dept was not very helpful. With Pipeline since day 1 they have been supportive and took care of all issues. The program is user friendly and very straight forward.

> **Cons**: That you have to zip a folder to upload it. I'm use to dragging the complete folder into a system and it uploads as is.  Otherwise, no complaints.

> Since our free trial and now being in a contract, I feel this was a great decision to use this program. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very quick and helpful with all of our concerns.

> **Cons**: Subcontractor Notes are difficult to access when bidding and adding bidders. If subcontractors are not assigned a group, it is hard to see if they work on a specific type of project without looking at notes.

> **Pros**: A new user can get setup and understand the basics in a matter of minutes. We can share large amounts of data across multiple different software programs with hundreds of potential subcontactors in a matter of minutes.

> **Cons**: I can't think of any drawbacks other than the price, not that the price is bad but, whou wouldn't want to pay less?
> 
> I have been using this program since starting my postition here over three years ago. Customer support is great if you have questions, the software itself is being updated regularly with new and useful features.

> **Pros**: Keeping track of all the sub contractors for each trade. Sending out bids,  You can see who opened the E mails. Sharing files is much easier then any other products I have used. The customer support from Pipeline Suite is great they make sure your needs are taken care of.  I learned to like Pipeline suites as a sub contractor for another contractor.

> **Cons**: People get so many E mails that most get ignored. That has nothing to do with Pipeline, its just that our E mails have been spammed so much its become not effective.
