My overall experience with In2 is great, despite having some issues here and there, In2 team always tried to find ways to make us satisfied.

Pros

I like In2 because of ease of use, customer service, convenience, the fact that they are able to accommodate with Oman’s payment gateways and accommodate to our needs!

Cons

I wish there would be some additional features such as:
- mobile application or compatibility to the back end.
- wou
- Ability to easily change levels of classes without having to create a different class (this would be a life changer)
- Gift card system
- better payment system with less issues
- being able to add more than one package to a single purchase whilst also adding POS items to include in the same purchase.
- customization of invoices (adding several purchases to a single invoice)

I loved it, at first i found the system difficult to understand and work with but then i picked up. Great team members, nice system, and most important the after sales support is outstanding.

Pros

The team members are super friendly and supportive, Fatima bas very patient during the onboarding phase and she made sure we really understood the system. The system is straight to the point and provides all needed support for the gym management system.
There could few features to add

Probably if we dont continue working together, i might lose the database of my clients at the gym ( im not 100% sure but this is what i understood )

Pros

I liked that they took feedback seriously and always applied them into their system. I used to love their customer service and that’s why I recommended SheFit [sensitive content hidden] to join.

Cons

Customer service is weak. When I first started it was the best quality and the reason I left MindBody. But now I am really disappointed with the customer-service. At the days of Aboud, it was excellent. Another thing I don’t like is that students can’t rate their experience with class and write a review which was one of the main driving factors to fill my classes when using MindBody.

Asking for help is difficult especially when we require field visits to help us with training and launching , although im willing to pay for the support trip its not available.
