Really designed and developed from a perspective of "If this task just did this too, my life would be easier..." Dynamic packages are a snap for all sources. REST custom integrations are a lifesaver. Customer Support is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. This product makes our jobs 1000x easier.

Online training videos can be hard to follow. Download for new versions is unnecessarily difficult. Opportunities for additional functionality feels more "stumble on it" than widely socialized. Wish there was a "cool ways customers use the awesome functionality" blog/vlog.

I think the customer service at CozyRoc is above and beyond the competition. They are super quick to get back on support issues, very accurate on troubleshooting, and a pleasure to work with

I wish there was native Snowflake connectivity, but it is probably coming soon.

I like that CozyRoc has created and offers the things that Microsoft has not for SSIS like XLSX file connections, Salesforce Connections and better ways to connect to SharePoint.

I don't like to rely on third party software, not native components. But CozyRoc has been rock solid for me.

CozyRoc SSIS+ has made it very easy for us to extract data from various REST sources with ease by utilizing an SSIS package. The customer support is first-rate and timely.

No deficiencies come to mind. I highly recommend.

Been using the SSIS plug-ins for Visual Studio for many years now. CozyRoc provides functionality that is very helpful that Microsoft/SSIS do not natively provide. In particular, very fond of the Data Flow Task Plus block, allowing for Dynamic Mapping of column names at runtime.

Setup of some of the advanced/dynamic workings are not always intuitive, but their online help and tech support are very good at helping get over those hurdles.

Their support - particually [sensitive content hidden]! Alway helpful and willing to assit with complex new API's, pagination issues etc.

Its a bit hard to get your head around the whole SSIS+ and the documentation on the table difference component is a bit limited.

Easy to use. Many components that we needed are available. Help information is very helpful.

I haven't seen any cons as of yet. Everything is very good.

Our key driver for using CozyRoc is it's ability to connect to APIs. We have various cloud applications that only allow data access via API. Cozyroc has enabled us to extract data from them and populate our datawarehouse.

We are now also using it to develop our own custom configurations between different cloud systems.

It's not always easy to understand (or find guides) on the code syntax used by CozyRoc. Building a custom connection to an API can be tricky. Interpreting a system vendors API documentation and then translating to how CozyRoc passes information (particularly authentication) can be challenging.

A lot of components for REST APIs and easy to use tools for Excel, Sharepoint, etc...

Sometimes, the component or the connection are not easy to setup.

Easy to use and yesterday was the first time i needed to contact support. They responded within 24 hours and the suggestion worked. In these days of poor customer support that is unexepcted but very welcome!

Sometimes the documentation could be a bit better explaining how to use it

Currently there are no disadvantages for us there are always new components added

There are many tasks that can be accomplished with the native features of SQL Server Integration Services, but they are not always easy or straightforward. With SSIS+, these tasks can be implemented far more quickly, without need for additional research and testing effort. Need to easily connect to FTP sites, manipulate files, etc? Give this product a try, you won't be disappointed!

The only "con" here is that you're installing something that might need to be reviewed by an auditing team, as it is something outside of the Microsoft arena. And there's a cost, but you can't expect to get quality software like this without a price, and the cost is minimal by comparison to others, and also in terms of the amount of time (time is money!) one would spend doing all of this manually!

We have been using the CozyRoc SSIS+ library for 4+ years. It is built in to at least 50% of our SSIS jobs - We wouldn't be able to get by without it! But just as important as the functionality is the support that the team provides - They have answered every question I have ever submitted, quickly and friendly. Sometimes they are so quick to respond, I think they are just sitting there waiting for my email! I HIGHLY recommend CozyRoc!

Not much to say here. It has accomplished all of our needs.

I use Cozyroc mainly for moving data between legacy systems and Cloud based Platforms like Salesforce. They have a pretty rich suite of tools that are very handy for any SSIS/ETL Developer designed to move data with in the enterprise

1) Better documentation and code snippets for features
2) Call back and Error handling for Bulk API

They were years ahead in almost all of their Components from SFTP, Sharepoint to REST Components. Whenever I got stuck in SSIS and looked at their toolkit offering they had something to offer. I have been using this for 10 years. A decade flew by and we have been using their new versions.

They have got a lot better with their Website as compared to when we started our Journey.

There are many things to love about CozyRoc. I am also using TaskFactory, ZappySys, and I like CozyRoc the most. The SSIS+ Suites have many real useful features. I can see the development team put much thought to components that make it fit to a real life workflow. The support is also very impressive me. I always get very quick responses from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. He's very knowledgeable. More than just answer my questions, he works to understand my real needs and come up with solutions for me. The tools and the support make SSIS+ suite quite useful for us.

There is a learning curve but not much. I recommend to reaching support team so they can help you successfully implement the solution. Some features are a bit hidden but quite useful such as the File Stream one.
