The uploader must take time to understand any limits or requirements for Ariba to work correctly.
Pros
The ease in which you can customize the input type makes Ariba a valuable tool. By allowing individual questions to be answered or allowing whole documents to be uploaded, you can gather information in a manner that makes the most sense to you.
Cons
Because of the level of customization available, there are times where there may be a logic error which we don’t realize until after we have tried to submit a document or a question or an attachment.
There are just a few too many ways to cause mistakes.
