I am writing to you again to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Product I recently purchased.

Despite the trial version's limitations, which did not allow for actual data recovery, I proceeded to purchase the full version based on the understanding that it would effectively recover a recently deleted video file from my Mac. Unfortunately, the software failed to locate and recover the desired file. The one file it did suggest was significantly corrupted and could not be restored, rendering the software ineffective for my specific need.

Upon purchasing your software, I was under the clear impression that it would effectively recover a recently deleted video file from my Mac. The software not only failed to locate the file but also suggested a corrupted file that could not be recovered. This is a clear case of product failure, rendering the software completely useless for the purpose it was bought for.

very positive due to the after-sale client service after so many years.

Pros

i was able to recover my important and treasured photos from my external hard drive. and from my trash can. Impressively, from when i purchased my software many years ago and when i contacted client service, they still responded fast and treated me with great response. and importantly, this company is still there and servicing!

Cons

i really can't of, otherthan it's a paid software. however, i tried free software, but they didnt work and you will be ending up wasting time looking for the right product and you will end up going with EaseUS.

Pros

I accidentally deleted few pictures of my recnt trip. I needed the pictures to be recovered urgently. EaseUS helped me in doing so very easily. I got me pictures back in no time.

Given that the loss of 15 years of files is devastating. I'm grateful to Ease US for successfully recovering all of the files off the old SSD, in a file structure that has enabled us to rebuild the file structure on our new computer. They also helped us to recover 15 years of old emails that used the obsolete "Windows Live email format", which is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Pros

The ease US data recovery wizard quickly revealed that there was data that remained on an SSD drive, even though that drive was completely unreadable with windows. The 1TB SSD drive was in a shared family computer that contained years of archival photos and other important documents. I actually has recently upgraded to the SSD from an older HDD. Suddenly, the SSD stopped working and the computer did not boot. When I connected the "1 TB SSD" drive as an external drive to another computer, a Windows error appeared stating the "160 GB drive" shown as unreadable. Obviously, I was wondering what happened to 840 GB! The good news was that the ESUS data recovery wizard Immediately revealed that there were a large number of files on the SSD, well in excess of 160 gigabytes.

Cons

Unfortunately, the files discovered by the off-the-shelf version of the EASE US Data recovery wizard were mostly unnamed and unintelligible, and restoring the files did require additional services from EASE US. In the end, all files were recovered!

Pros

The program was extremely easy to use. I scanned a corrupter SD card and easily recovered my 183 images.

Cons

The first time I scanned my corrupter card I only found 3 images, but the next time I scanned I found all 183 images.
