Wow Amazing service that has help boost my client tell at my store, client trust the link and it is super easy to use - we have the app open on our desktops, so it is easy to access, and that SMS get delivered immediately to clients while in the store with us - clients are happy to review us!!

Nothing - it is easy to use, and it simple - sometimes client only put starts and don't write something, but still good for 5 stars better than nothing.

Skilled support team, disponibility. Platform easy to use. Step by step process well defined.

Updating data via excel import. Many fields are not editable via the interface.

I like PARTOO because it is easy to use , as you can send messages to a multiple clients so to give a good after sell service

Some features are not always clear for peeple that's not expert in the area but the team always take time to explain any doubt

I find Partoo very user friendly and easy to use. It does not require a very skillful person to start using the app. I like the fact that you can personalize your review as it makes the customer feel more at urge to write a review. I guess what I like the most is the fact that they give training and make it an effort on making sure you understand how to use the app.

I cant really pin point what needs to improve as it works better then all of the rest I have used. The live chat is so helpfull that if you have a problem you get a response almost immediately. The staff is so helpfull and friendly and it does not matter what part of the world you from they always give there 100% in getting you sorted.

Ease of use and the fact that you can diffuse all the listings info to all platforms.

The analytics part could be improved, especially the visualisation part.

Easy to broadcast hyperlocal information across platforms especially Google My Business and Facebook and handle are ratings and reviews on these platforms in a single window.

Sometimes, the Reviews and Recommendations are not traceable and difficult to pick up a conversation or identify a review at a later date

The platform is more engaging for our stores, meaning they understand how they are doing and act on it.

There is no AI on sentiment analysis which would be invaluable.

Todo está centralizado, encontrar o gestionar cualquier necesidad es super sencillo y además, como tenemos implantada la API, se centraliza todo en la plataforma y es una maravilla.

Se han eliminado funciones que antes disponíamos (gráficos de reseñas antiguas Vs Nuevas), este material era muy representativo para enviar a las clínicas para que vieran su evolución

Per chi gestisce l'identità digitale di un grande gruppo è uno strumento davvero incredibile grazie anche a tutti i servizi correlati come la risposta alle recensioni.

L'unica "pecca" di partoo se così si può definire è che per vedere le modifiche su google l'attesa è un po' lunga pertanto va gestito tutto con qualche giorno di anticipo.

Offre plaisante au premier abord mais rien ne se passe comme le commercial de PARTOO me l'a annoncé... il ne travaille pas votre référencement mais vous facture leur prestation comme prévu sans scrupule malgré leur incompétence.

Après 2 mois de facturation chez PARTOO, je constate très rapidement que je ne progresse en rien sur mon référencement naturel sur le Web, je fais donc une réclamation car le commercial qui m'a vendu leur prestation, m'expose clairement quand acceptant de travailler avec eux, tout sera magnifique et que je serai en tête sur les moteurs recherches (Google etc) pour mon activité et ma région après 2 ou 3 mois... seulement tout est faux, ils me répondent par mail qu'ils n'ont pas une obligation de résultat mais ils m'envoient leurs factures mensuels que j'ai bien entendu bloquer en banque sur leurs prélèvements. Car en tant que client, oui je leur réclame un droit de résultat avant de payer leur facture et pour ma part, ils ne travailles pas mon entreprise mais uniquement pour remplir leur compte en banque mais ca ne va pas fonctionner comme cela avec moi.

Si une société est dans une situation ou cas similaire similaire, prenons contacte ensemble, ne nous laissons pas faire par cette entreprise.

Partoo es una herramienta muy práctica y sencilla de utilizar que posibilita ahorrar tiempo y recursos para gestionar algo tan complejo como son los perfiles de empresa de Google.
La posibilidad de poder gestionar todo desde una sola plataforma resulta muy útil y necesario, sobre todo para empresas como la nuestra que cuentan con múltiples establecimientos.

No es costoso, pero debería haber más facilidades y posibilidades de adaptación cuando se añaden o se quitan establecimientos del total.

Rápida e intuitiva, te permite ver la visibilidad de tus empresas en Google, así como gestionar las reseñas. Además, puedes dar determinados acceso para tienda para consultar las reseñas o responder si tienes un sistema descentralizado.

Más datos, sobretodo poder comparar entre las tiendas.

Lo que más me gusta del software es la posibilidad de centralizar en una sola herramienta la gestión del SEO local de todos nuestros establecimientos y poder extraer datos agregados de todas nuestras ubicaciones.

Echo de menos poder extraer de forma más fácil todo el dato en detalle y un panel de control general en el que poder ver toda la actividad de nuestros locales
