Overall we are very happy with DocuSoft as it works well. It provides us with a solid, dependable cloud-based document management solution which was vital during the Covid19 shutdowns and home working for all our team.

Pros

We have been using DocuSoft for 15 years and it was very easy to install and transition from a paper environment. Back in the day email management was getting to be a big problem. Today the volume of email make a DMS vital for any professional services firm.
One great thing about DocuSoft is the support team. They respond very quickly and normally are able to fix problems straight away.

Cons

The dashboard could perhaps do with a refresh, but that is merely cosmetic. What matters is functionality, and DocuSoft works very well for our requirements.

I met the founder who is still active in running the company. He has a great understanding of our business sector and we found DocuSoft would respond very quickly to any requests for change or ideas for improvements.

From our initial engagement all the way through to roll out, all of the Docusoft team were engaged, supportive and answered all of our "silly questions" on the way. The data transfer was executed smoothly from our existing system to Docusoft Cloud with regular updates provided on progress, and the training delivery for our team was thorough so that we could use the software effectively from day 1.

Pros

The two way client portal has been a complete game changer for our Business. This has eliminated the need for us to ask clients to make inconvenient trips to our office to deal with matters such as provision of identification or signing off documents as the client portal can now securely manage all of this administration.

Cons

I'm yet to find anything negative to highlight in relation to using the software.

Uploading documents is easy to do, and the whole software seems user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

On the desktop version, I cannot view the attachments on a document

We have had a great experience from the initial remote install to ongoing use of the service and the additional benefits it brings. We are slowly removing the paper from the office and its great to see less physical filing

Pros

The service is easy to use both in terms of filing and retrieving documents. Documents can be easily located and we have the ability to forward and create tasks with any member of the team. The process allows us to move documents around the office without the need to physically print off so it saves on print costs as well as time. The portal allows us to sign documents, again, without the need to print off the document and there is a secure digital signature. The audit trail allows us to know what has happened to the document through its lifespan

Cons

We have not come across any issues. Docusoft put together a CRM system for us and we were able to tweak this to our specifications. The support is excellent when requesting changes

We have used the product for well over 10 years and would recommend it to others. We wouldn't have been using it this long if it didn't do what was required.

Pros

Tiered access by any staff members to any documents from any location provided internet connection is available so geographical location is not an issue. This becomes even more useful the longer that the product has been used no more searching or accessing physical archives, all the information is on screen. Client workflow is also handled well especially as we have two physical offices but work can be done from home and either office. This proved especially useful during the height of the recent pandemic as we did not have to change work practices, just geographical location of PC's.

Cons

Portal integration with the main document management system could be better, but the portal itself works well and we use it extensively for the electronic apporval of documents.

Docusoft - so easy to use!

Pros

An easy piece of software to use, super easy to save documents to the cloud and super easy to retrieve them. The portal is great way to share sensitive information with our clients and a great place to keep notes on our clients preferences. I have only had to contact Docusoft support on a handful of occasions and each time they have replied quickly and were able to remedy my problems.

Cons

There are no cons for me as I find the software so easy and straightforward to use.

Pros

The secure and easy to use portal for uploading and receiving data sensitive information.

Cons

There have been some difficulties with the running of the software but the Support staff are always very helpful and prompt in correcting any minor issues.

Pros

From the point of the online trial, through training and use, this product has proven to be effective and simple to use. The integration of online signatures has saved our business significant amounts of time. Would highly recommend to anyone in our industry.

Cons

Given this is a cloud product, some of the larger files can take a while to download/synchronise

Using Docusoft

Pros

Ease of use and functions. It is fairly quick too.

Cons

when there is an incoming letter to be scanned which relates to more than one client then it would be good to be able to scan it and then "cc" it to the remaining clients all in one scanning operation

Overall its been a good exeperience. A lot of setup time initially required but once this was all done, its plain sailing from there.

Pros

The team at Doscusoft are patient and always there to help. The software can be tweaked (subject to management discretion) and customised to your organisation.

Cons

It would be nice to have a document colur coded in red if any document is checked out. I understand this feature may be coming soon!
