As for your concerns around the question depth and frequency - we'd suggest checking in with your team's administrator as they can help to adjust both of those aspects of the system for you.

Similarly, if team members are OOO, your administrator can set them to be inactive so that you're not receiving extraneous reviews. If that happens though, please use the "I'm not sure" option to pass on the reviews and you should be good to go!

As for the newest team members - if your organization would like to get them started right off the bat but you don't have anything constructive to share, you can use the "I'm not sure" option when reviewing. This doesn't count against you and doesn't leave the new team members with "generic" feedback.
