Have had a phenomenal experience with the product and customer support team. We have had great success collaborating and working together to further grow both teams.
Pros
We have had tremendous collaboration with and assistance from the CIM team in deployment of PEAK. There was an upfront learning curve for us, but this was alleviated with help from their team. We are now able to quickly get site equipment and data quickly online which is very important to our team.
Cons
There is still a hurdle for us in quickly deploying rules. This has gotten much better and is something our teams are working through. We had used other software in the past and some of the hurdles were self-created with how we "always used to do things." The CIM team has worked with us to make this process easier.
Reasons for Choosing PEAK
We switched from Key2Act's Connect software and internal use. Costs and growth potential were the biggest reasons for switching.Switched From
Microsoft ExcelReasons for Switching to PEAK
Note: other softwares in addition to those listed were considered. We vetted numerous options and chose PEAK as a combination of cost effectiveness, the support team, and growth potential. The platform was also an added bonus.- Industry: Facilities Services

Issue was with client IT support which made it a long process. reality is that if that element was better supported implementation of the CIM PEAK platform would have a been quick and smooth and the 30 days to install and get up and running would have been achieved
Pros
Low cost high return. easy to price and exceptional support from the CIM team.
PEAK is versatile for individual site requirements. Quick implementation as only takes approx 30 days to install then start to use the system.
Cons
No cons as yet , issues were because of the client IT support which CIM supported above and beyond their scope to get the solution implemented

For the moment our experience is being very positive, we identify the tasks associated to alarms are efficiently being actioned and the feedback we are getting from different facility users is also being very positive.
Pros
Our existing BMS lacks of a rational alarm management system during the years, now PEAK system is helping us organizing and scheduling the tasks with the utilities maintenance team efficiently.
Cons
Alarm rationalization is hidden in the background of the PEAK application, and I'd like learning more about it.

Pros
The team are extremely knowledgeable and will hold your hand throughout the membership. the program itself is useful to track issues and can save you a small fortune when it alerts you to plant running out of hours for no reason.
Cons
I would have liked to see more tech to cover electric consumption as the tech already reads the meter consumption so hopefully this can be added on

The platform assists in many areas not just for sustainability. It allows the monitoring of thermal comfort and other reactive maintenance issues and alerts building managers to issues before they become larger problems. Its user friendly and the engineers are always prompt in answering any questions you may have.
Pros
Encourages contractors to promptly address issues
Cons
I don't think it has any downsides. I enjoy learning from the platform and engineers that can help with any technical advice or issues you may come across.

Good platform
Reviewed on 2024/04/04
Pros
It is another way of doing Maintenance on site as it highlights issues that need to be actioned.
Cons
1.Sometimes there are some items that re-appear as a fault. Even though it had been looked into previously.
2. There are also false alarms on that keep coming, for certain equipment that have been temporarily turn off for
Repairs or renovations
For example, AC equipments are removed during office fitouts and remain off. But we still get the same unit show failures.
In all, if areas are under renovation, information can be shared with your team so that rules can change and fail-alarms related to these units are not sent/ or remain Off.
Other then that, all good.

very positive and i let the experts do the work here. all i need to know is that there are clear processes in place to identify issues, find solutions and mark when the issue is closed out. it will also store a history of issues so at the end of a year we will know what items of plant are causing the most trouble
Pros
the CIM team are very proactive and keen to get it up and running it can identify issues and show them clearly
Cons
it is a technical piece of equipment and sop to the untrained eye it can be confusing

Use of the system has been quite easy and the online helpdesk gives you direct contact with the team so any issues can be resolved pretty much immediately. This equates to a good user experience!
Pros
The Peak dashboard has been quite useful for our organisation. I have found it very helpful in identifying faults with our HVAC system, things that the average FM wouldn't be able to do. They are able to set up alerts for discrepancies in the performance and then are able to identify the root cause of this. You are then able to forward these alerts straight onto the contractor which allows them to access the same data as you are.
Cons
I have found the program a touch clunky although is still usable.

As a new user I promptly received one on one training and I have confidence that I can call upon the support that I need. It is a very useful tool in this energy conscience world.
Pros
The most useful is that it contains the accurate history of usage and has alarms to highlight the faults and concerns to be actioned. The property is one of a national portfolio which I can instantly compare to as well.
Cons
Can each user have their property selected as a default setting, so that is comes up without a search?Otherwise great.

Has been quite beneficial.
Pros
Energy management and fault notification.
Cons
Many alerts/messages could easily be collated into a single group notification, rather than 10-15 individual items that have to each be manually actioned.
