Yahoo mail is quick, spam-free, and simpler. I have found Yahoo mail to be more filtered for marketing emails sent requiring whitelisting.

Yahoo Email lacks some advanced features that are found in Gmail or other vendor emails. Unlike Office365, it doesn't provide much user/policy and admin experience.

I love using yahoo mail for all my email needs. Very easy to use and great storage space, no delays with your mail.

I have always used it that's the only reason I have continued using it

There is no support unless you call a premium phone number so I cannot use the service as it does not work and there's no one to contact other than a US premium number which will cost a fortune.

I can't even flag the issue with someone to fix it. so it's essentially broken forever.

Don't take the risk - use google

Yahoo mail was easy to set up when I needed an additional email address. The biometric authentication also comes in handy.

I got a Yahoo Mail account to get a discount on a course and that site now uses "Password-less Authentication." When I try to log in to that site and a verification code is sent to my Yahoo Mail, the email never shows up in the inbox.

Longevity, this was my first email account in college outside of school email system.

Older mail and messenger systems, load time in yahoo is much slower than Gmail and other systems I’ve used.

Yahoo Mail is an essential email management app for me. Have been using it for 6 years and it really helpful. Customizing theme on Yahoo is a great feature that I love. Receiving online order notification is really helpful and saves time.

I don't have any complaints on this tool yet. Recommend for everyone to use.

I wish there were a way to limit all the phishing emails I get. I also wish for a rescinding of the email option should the other party not have viewed the email yet and the sender decides they regret the recent email and wish to un-send it email.

It's nice looking interface, it's encourage more attention to write read a mail.

In previous like 2012-2016 all company prefer commercial mail over yahoo, Still yahoo has lots of satisfied user. I think yahoo need to alive it's previous user.

The one thing that I mostly like features is their interface. It's very simple and can be customized. Also, online shopping order alerts and updates are received on time, and that's a great feature that helped me. Daily news updates are also included.

To find emails works quite well (quicky and exact) and I can manage different emails accounts

I receive too much spam and despite giving feedback that some emails are spam doesn't seem to work fine

I have used Yahoo mail for years and I honestly cant think of any issues I have had. it was my first email provider and has been a useful service to me since. It has been very reliable over the years and it just works.

I eventually switched over to Gmail due to the use of Android and after a while it just became more convenient to do all my work over their.

What i like the most about this software is that it is easy to learn to use on your own.

What I like most is all my emails came at a timely manner

They are old and need to be updated and they don’t got as much features as gmail

It is a great platform that I have been using for years in managing both my personal and work mails. Another thing is it is very easy to use and convenient.

The main problem that I have encountered using Yahoo Mail is the mails that are going to the spam. It is not well filtered. There are mails that aren't supposed to be in the spam but there they are.

What I like the most about Yahoo Mail is the ease of use of the application. Everything is very user friendly and easy to locate.

What I like least about Yahoo Mail is only being able to delete 50 messages at a time in the application.

Yahoo mail is always reliable in my day to day email management tasks. I use it as a personal email and I also have another email for work. It’s smooth it’s easy. The app interface is really easy to use and modern. The homepage enables you as well to skim through some news before accessing my email. I’m using yahoo as well as a primary browser launcher in my laptop and tablet. It’s really good and I’m enjoying it.

Often the app wont open if you click an enail address from a webpage you want to contact- end up copying and pasting
Allow more format options when in app and typing an email- bold, underscore etc

Through the years, I have had several different email accounts with different providers, and I must say I have been with Yahoo the longest. I've observed better protection against spam emails and appreciate the virus scanner for emails before opening them.

I don't know of any dislikes in regard to this product.

I have no issues with Yahoo mail, it is a great choice!

yahoo allows me to sort my emails and even favorite them or archive them and the interface is quite pretty.

the ads are a bit much but are somehow tailored to what I do, not sure if that's a coincidence.

I do like the fact that it is easy to use, and easy to create an email account.

A lot of scammers use a Yahoo email address. It does not always inspire trust when I see an email coming from a Yahoo email address. It is my secondary email address, because of this particular reason, it "lacks" (maybe unfairly) of serious, because of all the scamming. Perhaps a rebranding should be necessary, I dont think Yahoo deserves the not so good reputation or the fear users like me have, because of all the bad experiences we had.

At personal level, I have used Yahoo Mail for free to achieve much of my work. I like it more because it can fit well in both personal and professional environment. It gets better and organized and it is easy to add accounts. It is great to have the free trial expiration alert.

This Mail app is clean. It has no cons for me. I like everything about it.
