Mailbox layout and categories are useful.

AOL does not filter spam mail at all it I get an excessive amount of junk mail.

I like the ease of use and the fact that AOL has all the functionality I need.

There is nothing that I dislike about AOL Mail.

Communication is made easy with Aol mail because it's Open and information can be sent anywhere at anytime

Aol mail has no feature to debate on because of their functionality.

I used AOL mail many years ago, it was easy to use and free.

This was back in the days of dial up and it was slow. These days it is just not professional.

Aol Mail is easier for email marketing and mailing clients, it allows multi sending of emails.

Part of yahoo mail and works effective compared to others

AOL Mail is an essential tool for me. Because it helps me to do my work properly without any troubles. Receiving new emails alerts are perfectly fine. App interface also perfect. Security system is great and recommended email management tool.

Nothing so far. AOL is working fine to me.

I have used AOL Mail since I was allowed to have an email. It is my main email that I check constantly throughout the day. It is easy to use and the inbox management is great. I do not have an inbox full of spam or junk emails.

I wish they incorporated some type of word document capabilities like google docs does. That would make AOL perfect.

AOL Mail was a good service it was easy to log into I loved it that you got mail message when we got an email which was nice I guess that's the only Pro I can think of could have been a while since I've had it

It lacked advanced features that other providers did but I just assumed that's because it was one of the first email providers I needed more advanced features so that's why I switched to another provider

I love how easy it is to find my emails

Able to contact help better. Every time I need help no body responses back to me.

Receiving all my mail notifications accurately without any delays. Easy to use it and secure. No need any fee to use it and recommended.

I like that AOL Mail is secure. When I was working at home as a transcriber, AOL Mail was required. I have used AOL Mail for years.

There is nothing I didn't like about AOL Mail.

The fact that the software has a simple design which makes it simple to navigate through.

It has less advanced features compared to its competitors like gmail or outlook.

AOL Mail has a very attractive design which makes it enjoyable for me to use, it's also very smooth without any lagging experience, i enjoy how unproblematic it is for me.

there hasn't been a situation where I've needed to complain to support for any reason.

I've been using this service since 2023 and I love this app. Because it's very easy to use. Receiving new email notification is working perfectly. Their security also great and I recomend this app to all of you.

Actually I don't have any dislike features about this.

I used to like AOL when I used it as my primary email. It was easy to navigate and separate.

I stopped using AOL because I was getting too many people stealing my accounts .

I’ve been using AOL in general sense 2000 maybe and I can tell you right now I’ve had the same email since then but when getting in business email it was a breeze I just added it and incorporated all my other personal email addresses to affectively integrate the program.

Something about the design throws me off, it feels more like yahoo to me and I like that there’s an influx between colors however, it doesn’t necessarily seem appealing.

The email provider was outside of college was my first. I still use it for more personal use. Until I was able to get and create a business email, everything went to AOL. It became confusing at times, but one of the great things about AOL was the ability to keep things organized by creating folders. I'm shocked it still keeps email from when I first used it.

I wish it would accept large files, and have the capability of sharing them. I still remember when there was AOL Broadband. That was my first introduction to high-speed Internet. $60 per month was costly, but it was worth it. Still saddened by the fact they got rid of it. If AOL Broadband was brought back, I'd be the first to get it.

Aol is still a wonderful email service and I will likely always have one.

It doesn't have some of the latest features but it's still gets the job done.

AOL was a great email management system in it's prime. It excelled as a leader in the begining. I still have an AOL account but do not use it frequently. I do like the search feature as it is helpful. I also appreciate the ability to create many folders for sorting.

The software was pretty out dated, when I used it last as a primary email management software. I know it has improved but I feel like the amount of ads and pop ups are excessive.
