We get great visibility of our employees T&E spend. We have built great controls with Payhawk to ensure that the burden of travel administration falls onto each employee and not the finance team. As there are late receipt system controls in place, this means that employees have to comply with receipt deadlines without it being policed by the finance team. All receipts and payments are automatically sync'd with our finance system which is seamless.
Pros
The product is very easy to use. The integration with NetSuite is a game changer for us. It couldn't be easier for employees to upload their receipts. They are constantly releasing new features to ensure they provide the best product for customers.
Cons
Its hard to think of any as new feature updates have solved previous weaknesses. The only con is that you can only have credit cards with Payhawk US and debit cards are not supported.

Pros
The AI feature that can pull information and prepopulate expenses. Super handy and helps with expenses submission
Cons
I cannot edit an expense once submitted if I notice a mistake. Would be useful if this can be added as an option prior to approval

Payhawk makes expense tracking incredibly easy with its intuitive interface and automation features. I love that I can add my company card to Google Pay, which makes payments more convenient. The receipt scanning and approval workflows also streamline our processes, saving time on reimbursements and reconciliation.

The receipt scanner could be more accurate and responsive when capturing details.

Pros
The customer support team is always prompt and efficient in answering any queries or concerns we may have. The integration with Xero is seamless and works very quickly. It saves a lot of time and effort when it comes to managing our finances and processing our month end. Payhawk also encourages employees to submit their receipts, saving us time from chasing them. Throughout our experience, we have not come across any problems or issues when it comes to making payments through Payhawk. The entire process has been smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to easily settle invoices and manage our finances efficiently. Overall, our experience with Payhawk has been outstanding and we highly recommend them.
Cons
One important area for improvement for Payhawk is streamlining the approval process for invoices. Currently, the system requires individual approval for each invoice, which can be time-consuming. Implementing a bulk approval feature would be a significant enhancement, allowing users to approve multiple invoices at once and saving them valuable time and effort.

I can easily upload all expense papers from everywhere I am. Good control on the expences via the politics section and the requesting funds method.Very useful way of managing all cards, employees access and funds.

I thing it would be better if all costs marked by the cost owner as reimursable may have an option to be denied by the company without being deleted, so a tracking history remains.

So far, the system looks extremely promising. We haven't had it in place for very long. The support response time has been good, but since the support team resides overseas, I do have to typically wait until the next day for a response.
Pros
I love not having to chase employees down for receipts.
Cons
A lot of employees seemed to struggle with activating their cards. I feel like it was probably user error, but it was inconvenient.
