I have been using DreamApply for my school applications and have been very impressed with the user-friendly interface and intuitive design. The application process is simple and easy to follow, and I have found the support team to be extremely helpful in answering any questions I have had. I have also been very pleased with the fees associated with using DreamApply, as they are very reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using DreamApply and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to apply to schools.

It is a costly product but definitely worth the money.

The features I liked most about DreamApply are its intuitive interface, the ability to customize forms and messages for applications of students. It have great comprehensive document management system and the comprehensive student profiles system. I like all these features of DreamApply.

The feature I liked least about DreamApply is that it is expensive compared to other platforms. Additionally, the setup process can be a bit complicated and difficult to understand for some users.

We started small in 2018, just for our Summer School. It is scalable and these days we use it for all our programs. The software is getting better and better with new features. DreamApply is always open for feedback and requests.

Some features are not yet available like passport checking. They are working on it.

In our case, the admission protocols differ from faculty to faculty, and DreamApply is built to serve institutions, not faculties. So for us, the system could be more flexible on the differences at the faculty level.

Training and teaching is a continuous thing given the dynamics we are leaving in. When there are new changes of products or policies, we need to educate our staffs so that they can be in the know. We use the tool to deliver trainings and offer test to ensure that we know if they understood the subject matter. Sometimes when you leave the notes they can be deleted mistakenly otherwise the tool is great

When you deal with quality, you need to teach your team to handle any kind of task. As the head of Quality assurance department i have found the tool to be very resourceful in managing my trainees and accessing their performance.

It's very simple to use the app, and what I like most, there is special column for the recommendations, which is quite easy for the students, students need just to write their professor's email address, no need physical recommendation letter, signature or stamp, with just email address, instructors can follow the link, and write recommendations for their students online.

While uploading documents, there is restrictions for the size, which was annoying for me, because everytime I needed to compress file before uploading it to the DreamApply.

We are so happy to use this tool. It is very easy to use for us and students too. Thanks to DreamApply to they have features the applications form and simplify the admissions.

There is limit to the size when you want to upload and send documents. This is just causes wasted time on both side.

I like DreamApply because it really helped us to manage applications for admissions. DreamApply made the admissions procedure basic and simple, and it's simple to maintain our applications and keep tabs on our development. The platform is also great for both students and educational institute management.

The only thing I don't like about DreamApply is that we can't upload document in full size. I often found myself having to resize or recompress my files in order to upload them, which was a bit of a hassle.

There are certain glitches like application posts not being seen or getting deleted. Additionally, When submitting documents, there are size constraints, which is inconvenient because then we need to compress the file every time before uploading it.

We use the post-it function for admission management a lot so that we can share info with our colleagues. But once in a while the note/info we left there would be mistakenly deleted or somehow disappeared...
