Pros

I enjoyed the cloud based experience and ease of accessibility from any platform and location, as well as the user friendly scheduling, treatment planning and payment features.

Cons

That you cannot visualize and integrate digital radiographs into the software.

We were hoping for a much better product

We have had nothing but aggravation, disappointment and the doctor has had to pay out much more in salaries to compensate for us working from home just to get day to day things done because of constant workarounds.

Pros

The integration process was okay but we had to do alot of old information deletion leading up to the switch. I did not expect it to be anything like our old software but I expected a less flawed softeware. There were and still are many things that were promised to be implemented and have not been. They are updating regularly but so much more can be done.

Cons

Provider production/collection don't seem accurate. Financial reports are not easy to create or read. I have been hearing about "Sticky Notes" and "Combined Family Billing" coming since we started in Oct 2021 and that still hasn't happened yet. Still has a flawed Bulk payment feature since it was implemented and it has not been repaired yet. The ease of flow, common sense items and basic billing necessities just aren't there.

We can also look into the issue of the bulk payment to see if it is a system error or if additional training is required. Most of our customers have found the process flow to be an improvement to other dental practice management software, and we would love your feedback on your usability experience to see if there is room for improvement.

Easy to use and you can easily find patients in the search bar

Cons

Billing. Sometimes people who have completed paid their bill still show outstanding balances. As well it is difficult to track collections.

Everything else! Claims management. Bulk EFTs: large EFTs never work and we have to enter as individual payments, which makes for the monthy GRT calculations very difficult!!!

Not Great. Aside from cloud access and ePrescriptions, we have lost much of our ability to analyze and run our practice.

Cons

This program feels like it was designed without a single dentist's input. While it is probably a great program for a new dentist starting out, there is no ability to customize the program. Certain workflows have limitations that you cannot override (ex. giving a courtesy to a patient with credit, transferring balances among family members). There are ZERO long term business analytics.

It has not been great. I am not sure this was designed by an actual dentist, or with practical dental offices in mind

Charting seems to be fairly easy with this system and that it is cloud based is a plus

Cons

many "kinks" still need to be worked out. Random program freezing, only one person in chart at a time, too many moves to make an appt, etc

I have worked on numerous Dental systems (at other practices) and Sensei is far the worst. Some of the simplest things take forever for a programmer to fix. I have learned to work around a lot of the problems

Pros

Ease of scheduling, it is really easy to schedule a patient and give accurate amounts.

Cons

The accounting, it does not make sense to put in the amounts that may be paid by insurances for the account to reflect a zero balance once paid. I do not like the way this is set up. Also, it does not alert you when something is denied - you have to check the reports daily. An alert would be nice.

Sensei Cloud is the best

My experience has been great so far. Customer service is very prompt at addressing my issues. There has been very little downtime and the software works exactly as advertised.

Pros

The software is very easy to use. Everything that I need is built in and I can use it from any computer. It’s really easy to switch between my practices and view imaging so I can pretty much work I don’t have to pay for extra licenses and user names.

Cons

There aren’t many things I don’t like. There are features I would like to them add like the ability for patients to check in Via text or a sign in screen but there are updates every day so that is probably on the way.

Sensei is Solid Cloud Solution

Great! Easy to learn and manage. A great way to build a business ready for scale.

Pros

Cloud-based PC access from anywhere. Easy to train on and delegate access. Simple system for note recording, record updating, scheduling, etc.

Cons

Can't log in and see schedule from iphone.
