Kompassify is easy to use, has all the features you need from a product tour / onboarding tool, and does it all at a fraction of the price of competitors. They are constantly adding updates and new features. Their customer support is OUTSTANDING. They will bend over backwards to make fixes or help you when you get stuck.

When I first started using Kompassify, some of the more advanced features were hard to implement on my own as a non-technical person. That said, their customer support took the time to walk me through everything step by step, and I eventually got everything configured the way I wanted it.

It requires little to no knowledge about code to build functional User Onboarding tours. Its quite easy to setup and to build the steps. It's also possible to segment your users to see different tours and guides.

As the time of writing, there were no "organize and filter" features in lists. It gets a little messy after having 15+ tours spread across 3 pages.

Designing a tour is quite easy once you get the hang of it. It's highly customizable so you can truly tailor the software to your companies' needs.
The best thing is not the features though, but the great support Kompassify offers. They are super-responsive and present solutions to existing problems in no time. Happy to do business with them!

Some bugs occurred while trying to implement. Also, a couple features we needed (e.g. language mapping) had to be added during the implementation process.

The support from the team is fantastic. When I have a question, I get answers right away!

I still have issues when editing tours that the page will load but the editor doesn't, so i have to go back and start again.

Its price is very accessible, it has a lot of functions and it is very easy to use.

Not compatible with mobile applications. Which would be nice. I wish it had more customization features.

O Kompassify é prático, simples, com um bom custo benefício e entrega o necessário para começar um projeto de User Onboarding com o pé direito. Isso me despertou o interesse e fez com que eu gostasse de inicio. Causa uma boa impressão.

A analise de dados sem dúvidas deixa a desejar. É algo de extrema importância a ser usado em qualquer projeto de qualquer empresa. A segmentação de clientes é outro ponto crítico para qualquer ferramenta de User Onboarding. Embora a Kompassify tenha essas duas funcionalidades, ainda é preciso dar uma maior atenção em melhorias significativas.

Ele é ótimo e com uma estética muito bonita, muito legal para montar um tutorial agradável para os clientes da sua ferramenta.

Ainda não descobri nada que deixa a desejar.

Kompassify nous a permis la mise en place d'un onboarding utilisateur sur notre logiciel Saas sans avoir à passer par nos développeurs web au quotidien. Nous apprécions Kompassify pour :
- Son rapport qualité/prix
- Son support client réactif
- Ses fonctionnalités qui permettent de couvrir l'ensemble de nos besoins sur notre plateforme web : Product tour, checklists, announcements (pour les nouveautés notamment)

Il est dommage que Kompassify soit un outil conçu pour le web uniquement et non pour les applications mobile type IOS ou android.
L'outil peut être également difficile à prendre en main dans un premier temps mais le support très réactif et les explications données font de Kompassify un excellent outil.
