Simple to use and to retrieve backups.
What is there more to like about a functional.SW

Nothing specific, it does what it needs to do

This software is easy to setup. It is also easy to run a restore point.

If you have data feeds (or customizations) from other vendors, they may show up as users and you may be charged at renewal. It is easy enough to call support and get the issue resolved.

Easy to set up and it automatic adjusts to adding or deleting of users. Low or no need to adjust once set up.

I have to pay? Seriously, your going to have to pay somehow, either in money or in the loss of privacy.

It's very convenient to have the same company performing backups for a lot of different data sources: Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.

Having more options for the geographic locations of backups would be nice.

Very easy to use, reliable, easy recovery and restore

The restore proces may become less easy in case a provider does not allow high levels of nested folders.

Organizations should definitely look into backing up your Microsoft 365 environment and not rely on Microsoft themselves. This product is perfect for this opportunity. Very easy setup and configure.

No complaints about the product overall. Only minor quip is that Azure SSO is not available. Appears only Okta is supported.

Easy to use for setting up backups and for recovery of files.

Nothing is missing. It's a superb product

The product is easy to use, backs up automatically and on the schedule you set.

I wish that it worked with other document storage systems. I use it for only Dropbox.

I am absolutely thankful for the cloudally services. They provide me with the ease of mind that all our files on our google drives are being backed up daily in case of an emergency or hack.

I have had no issues. The product is easy to use.

I like that I do not have to worry that our files are not being back-up daily. I have reports that come through every time there is a backup so I always have a backlog.

It is quite expensive but well worth it!

Covers bases of backing up salesforce & M365 in a quick and easy fashion

I was able to get a better price working with my sale rep, however, I would like to access that price without the sales process

Once set up it's been entirely trouble-free

Set up was a bit tricky but the excellent customer service team walked me through it and helped with the issues we encountered.

The software was easy to launch and has had no glitches.

I haven't been able to evaluate this point yet, because I didn't find any difficulties in using the system.

Its simple and it works. Dashboard is clear what's working and not.

Configuration changes aren't always seamless but it works.

We use the software to back up our google workspace and this is the reason we chose them, but more importantly plenty of room to expand with more software.

There are no cons except one, luckily I have not had to use it as of yet.
