TableAir helps us to run a day-to-day operation smoother. No overlaps, a clear understanding of what takes up our workspace, and analytics for that on top. Our operation is relatively small, but the office is constantly booked and it just helped us to remove the hassle.

Pros

Adding another SaaS on top of the current tech stack always creates some hassle. Not something we experienced with TableAir though. The integration was seamless, it did not require any effort from us. Once the solution is adopted - it just runs smoothly.

Cons

Nothing so far. Just curious to see how TableAir adapts to our scaling.

Enterprise grade experience for the fraction of what we use to pay

We have desks and meeting rooms across multiple buildings and floors throughout HQ. We were using another software that did exactly what TableAir does, but we switched because its pricing model is based on resources, not the number of employees. Since our aim is to have less space but accommodate more people, it was a no-brainer to make the switch.

Pros

The setup was effortless, and our users love how easy it is to use! We've also integrated it with our directory and resource calendars. Now, staff can book a desk or a room via the web, mobile, a kiosk on the floor, a tablet outside the room, or even through the good old calendar. It feels like TableAir was already part of our organisation, we just didn’t know it yet.

Cons

The analytics dashboard could be improved for platform administrators. However, since we're exporting TableAir data to other building management systems, it's not a major issue for us.

Alternatives Considered

Enhancing Flexibility in the Workplace

Overall, TableAir has really streamlined our office experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Pros

I’ve been using TableAir for a while now, and I have to say, it’s made a huge difference in how we manage our workspace. First off, the interface is super user-friendly. It’s really easy for everyone to book desks and meeting rooms, and the interactive floor maps showing real-time availability are a game-changer. No more wandering around looking for a free space! I also love the real-time availability feature. The signage outside the meeting rooms lets you know instantly if a room is free or booked, which saves so much time. What I appreciate most is how it gives employees flexibility. We can manage our own bookings, which has really helped improve productivity around here. The analytics and reporting tools are another plus. They provide insights into how we’re using our space, which helps us make smarter decisions about our office layout. Lastly, the setup was quick, just two workdays, and the customer support has been great whenever I’ve had questions.

Cons

With the focus on shared spaces, some employees miss having a dedicated desk that reflects their personal work style, which can affect their sense of belonging in the office. But that's not directly related to TableAir; it's more about the overall shift in workplace culture towards flexibility and collaboration. This change can make it challenging for some to feel fully settled or connected to their workspace.

Easy to use!

Reviewed on 2024/10/22

Pros

The convenient and easy availability and reservation of workspaces and parking spaces using the TableAir tool significantly aids in the efficient planning and management of these resources. This allows us to optimise their use and ensures that all our requirements are met.

Cons

We are unable to create our own map and are currently using an outdated version provided by our architects. It's great to hear that this will soon change, as TableAir will be updating our map to a 3D version.

I've been using the system for a while now. At first, I was sceptical that our employees wouldn’t be willing to take on anything beyond their existing tasks. However, once we integrated TableAir with Microsoft Teams, everyone adapted to the process effortlessly.

Pros

It's easy to use. Our users didn't need much training to get used to the system. Integration with Teams helped ensure a quick and efficient rollout.

Cons

No cons! It does exactly what it says on the tin, and I love everything about it.

Implementing in the company takes some time to get adapted. So you have to communicate clear why it is better, and why it helps "you" to be more happy at the office. Your staff is busy and they are disrupted a little bit in their routine. But i did see that almost everybody was happy after just a few days. And off-course some users are instant lovers and you always have a few users that are not happy with all new stuff that you come with. That will always be the case.

Pros

The app works fast and is easy to use. You have to have a good WIFI connection, or better, a wired one (POI, power over internet). It is easy to toggle between locations and Floors. Fast and easy to book a room or workstation.

Cons

If you do not like something, Table Air responds quick. (older versions were improved fast when users gave feedback).

Great system. Simple but with high added value to your planning of rooms. Especially when you don’t invest in space which you seldom use. Table Air is cheaper, and it is easy to maximize optimal use of your resources.

Pros

With Table Air there are no discussions anymore about who can use which room. IT is clear who ‘owns’ the room at the given time. Great space management and reservation system. And the screens look nice too, so it is a quality add on to your organization.
