Pros
Making an appointment is really easy. The simplicity was pretty astronomical.
Cons
When canceling or editing a appointment, I’ve had an issue of the appointment moving to an earlier date several times.

Pros
Admin shared that billing is easier. I am part of the clinical team.
Cons
There are multiple glitches in the system that require appointments to be modified/ resaved multiple times prior to saving correctly. The system does not always save modified times from Catalyst appointments either to transfer over extended or shortened service times.

The overall experience has not been great. It's hard to get in contact with people and they cannot fix things timely or to prevent future issues.
Pros
Easy to figure out. There's not a large learning curve.
Cons
The reports are inaccurate. It takes weeks for new employees or clients to accurately sync to bill. REPORTS ARE INACCURATE. Scheduling is not user friendly and takes a lot longer.

Love the ease of notes syncing from catalyst to webaba
Cons
Not so much dislike but more so that I don’t think I’m maximizing my use of webaba. There are so many features but don’t have enough time in my day to teach myself. I do wish there were more training videos of all I can do with webaba instead of the learn as you go

It is fairly simple to creating invoice and submit claims.
Cons
Not always able to get in touch with support when needed. Various glitches and problems that occur. When a chat is started, can not navigate to another page. Don’t always find articles that are helpful in knowledge base and when type in subject shows articles of various products that do not correspond with web Aba.

Web ABA helps to keep our clinic schedule organized, and it’s easy to make last minute schedule changes that notify the therapists of the changes.

It can get frustrating at times using WebABA, but it’s nice having all my appointments laid out in an organized way to see.
Pros
I like the format/layout of WebABA, how it’s set up.
Cons
It is sometimes (not all the time) very difficult to schedule appointments or change the status of appointments, it can get buggy/glitches sometimes. Sometimes I will have to press the save button over five times just for my appointments to save and sometimes they just don’t save at all and I have to create the same appointment again. It can be time consuming when it doesn’t work properly and I need to reenter appointments multiple times.

Pros
The calendar layout itself is nice, but nothing lack luster.
Cons
The layout and chaotic look when I log in to simply look at my schedule and make updates to it. I don’t think as an RBT I should be allowed (without permission) to edit clients files and other things. The time it takes for it to sync with catalyst sometimes is too long in my opinion

It does take a while to get used to. Using the calendar feature vs using the individual day feature is a bit annoying since some things work smoother on the agenda one.
