My overall experience with the software was good as it has saved me a lot of time and also our customers have got a single-point solution for all of their issues and after installing automated chatbots the efficiency of our sales team is at another level. A great tool for all kinds of businesses.

Pros

The best tool and advantage that sociocs give is the integration with what's an app and other social media platforms. Now I can track all the conversation which has been done by our sales teams through all types of chat and give my input for the best of the organisation. It also helps in connecting with a larger number of customers in a single go through its bulk sms feature.

Cons

Initially, the platform was great for a few months then I come to know about its limitation that the user is allowed to send only a specific number of messages in the month which limits its efficiency and forces users to buy its upgradation. The app really has lots of potential if they could work on these small things.

My overall experience of using Sociocs in our company is great, I found this platform great for managing social media for personal and even for small businesses, but it becomes really challenging if you want to scale its usage with large teams and advanced marketing strategies that require more robust analytical and automation tools which it doesn't have.

Pros

I like using Sociocs on a regular basis because it offers a comprehensive suite of tools that help users like us manage our social media campaigns and customer interactions through a single mobile application in the best efficient and user-friendly way possible. Also, they provide a free version with substantial features that can be accessed from anywhere, offering different valuable insights and capabilities for enhancing our social media presence in the market.

Cons

The main challenge that we face while using this platform in the long term is that it primarily focuses on basic social media management and not on advanced analytics and automation services that are needed for more sophisticated internet campaigns. Also, in the free version, the reporting features are limited, which restrict the depth of analysis a user can ever perform.

Sociocs is a platform that builds a interface for businesse so that it becomes easy for their customers to reach out with them and provide them best services possible. It is also better then all other social media management software because of its data analytics and good pricing.

The 1st challenge that I faced after using this platform is that It didn't supported some of the social platforms which reduced our market reach and also it will take lot of time to master all the features and tools available in the software and also one time I didn't got any response from the customer care side after mailing so many times

It has helped us to gather real-time customer feedback, thus ensuring timely updates regarding customer preferences, etc. At last it was an absolute pleasure in capturing and turning our leads from websites, have recurring customers, and more.

1. Sociocs has offered us flexibility, and as we are a constant user of Twilio, Sociocs works perfectly for us.
2. Their team has been great at accommodating us with any of our needs
3. The first thing that we liked about Sociocs when we started using it was its vast number of integrations with tons of social media platforms

1. There could be a functionality that lets us users have a detailed analysis or brief overview of every conversation

Pros

The product is very well thought out. It covers each and every possible form of communication that a customer might use to reach out to a business: from text, live chat, or social media channels. All of this is consolidated in a single platform, so you don't even have to track different channels to answer customer requests.

Cons

There is nothing in particular that I don't like about this product. It works like a charm and works just fine for our use case. However, it'd be nice to have an LLM bot support for live chat, which could automate a lot of mundane custom requests which won't necessarily require a human to answer them.

Pros

Using several channels to promote our business can be overwhelming. Sociocs brings all major channels under one roof, we can manage Facebook, telegram, whatsapp, have SMS capabilites with twillio, webchat that you can funnel messages to WA or SMS, and if you have apps on play store you can also have that channel available.

Cons

Automatisms and AI integrations would be a great way to improve this platform.
