> **Pros**: Designed for reps. Most CRMs are not designed with a representative in mind, RF is. There are only minor customizations required to get up and running quickly. Very easy to use and has most of the information and subroutines needed for manufacturer's representative.

> **Cons**: Getting a customized subroutine. If you do want something customized, it is a bit difficult to complete.

> Very positive. Good support for any issues. Very little down time - I can't remember the last time we could not access the system. The continually try to upgrade the offering, adding new features on regular basis.

> It's been a solid two years with Repfabric. The transition initially was a little intimidating, but they have a great team that helps you every step of the way. I haven't had any major problems and it's onward and upward with these guys.
