The Kenyt team is extremely responsive and proactive with their communication and support. The product itself works very well, and setting it up was seamless.
Cons
Initial less quality was wanting. But having said that the team is working hard to rectify it as we move forward.

It is been more than six months since we have been engaging with Kenyt. It has definitely contributed very much to our business by increasing our funnel. However, the products come with certain glitches that need to be resolved so that the functionality of the bot will be a seamless experience. Also, the UI/UX experience can be made much more interactive.
Pros
Kenyt comes with all features that engage with the user. However, I personally like the customization based on our business needs.
Cons
The support team can be much more sensible while understanding the product brief from the clients and unexpected glitches
