I like the most about them is their team and pricing in comparison to others in the market! They are good to do business with and its easy to get Australia number! Plus their virtual nuumber is relaible

I want them to launch windows desktop app as they have only web app!

Our experience with KrispCall has been outstanding over the past 1.5 years. The platform's continuous expansion of features has immensely supported our Operation
Pros
KrispCall has been great relief for our multinational organization with global client base. It has significantly streamlined our CSD operations. The ability to manage call from different regions on a single platform + eliminating the need for multiple devices to run a contact center has helped us to cut cost and run things easily. Additionally, their excellent customer support. Despite we being in different time zones than them, we can rely on their 24/7 availability. And they resolves any issues within a hour or less!
Cons
They really need to upgrade detailed call analytics directly into the system. This would save us from reaching out to support every time we require reports or need to evaluate performance of agents.

Misleading Marketing and Aggressive Billing

Pros
While the platform seemed well-designed and navigable, the aggressive billing policies, misleading advertisements, and utter lack of customer support leave me unable to recommend it.
Cons
This company is extremely misleading and aggressive in its advertising and billing policies. I needed to purchase a virtual Japanese phone number and was forced to pay a full year's fee ($144) just to create an account. Only after making an account did I find that no Japanese numbers were available. Their chat support was unhelpful, and I never received a response. Their phone number for U.S. customer support was completely unresponsive. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I was informed that I would still be billed for a full year and permanently blocked from accessing my account if I deleted it.It seems that this company lures consumers into purchasing expensive plans and doesn't deliver on its promises. Don't make the same mistake I did and shell out $144 only to end up with a useless virtual account.

They proved to be highly effective and dependable. The free USA number they provided was a huge help in getting everything set up while expanding our business. The krispcall account executive and support team are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable -- they truly know their stuff!
Cons
Now they only have HubSpot integration , expanding integration beyond HubSpot would further enhance our workflow automation and team management capabilities

I highly recommend KrispCall to businesses of any size looking to efficiently manage their contact center. It has significantly improved our operations and client interactions.
Pros
I absolutely love the change in availability and reliability that KrispCall brings compared to our previous solution. The real-time call listening feature is a game-changer, allowing me to monitor how our agents are interacting with clients. In emergencies, I can seamlessly guide them through the in-app call box. The flexibility and control it provides are unmatched.
Cons
Occasionally, there are minor problems with calls not getting logged. However, this hasn't posed any significant issues for us.

- Enables calls from any country, and have choices to buy numbers from broad country options..- Handy tool for receiving otps from social media platforms.- They have great customer support.
Cons
- they should include detail call insights, we can oly see call reports from 24 hr and if we need more we need to ask the support, though the support provided prominently.

Pros
KrispCall has been fantastic up to this point. It's very handy and the best part is both web app and mobile app are user-friendly and easy to navigate. The ability to use whatsApp with their virtual number is real game changer. It has streamlined my business communication with clients and customers. Additionally, the call and sms rates are remarkably low. Plus they provided one free USA number.
Cons
They should improve the mobileapp to match the features available on the web app. Currently, the webapp offers more features. Despite this, I'm overall satisfied with the service.
