The financial suite has to be my favorite as it enables us to compare financial statements versions in minutes

Installing plug ins can be a bit complicated for the less tech savvy user.

The software is very easy to use and implement. The way that the software helps our audit teams speed up testing and vouching to external documents is amazing. We use the software in all aspects of the audit process and other areas of our practice. Glad we found this product!!!

We have not come across any cons to using the software yet.

The comfort of find all sums and to search words in a document

Document matching is not so useful as i thought because it's demand similar template for each document.

It's integration with excel makes it super easy to use

Table Snip option can be enhanced to use correct Rows

The text snip is very comfortable to use and it makes the audit procedure to be faster

That you cannot roll with the mouse and see the all documents that were uploaded

Snip tables feature. It is a quick way to add tables to create lead schedules and cast financial statement

Nothing yet, I still need to explore more features.

Financial statements suite - Casting and cross referencing

Nothing really.

Easy to use and saves our time.They also keep updating the software with bug fixing and new features.

Sometimes some "snips" stop working and we don't always understand why.

Very intuitive to use. Great time saving tool, especially the financial statements suite. There are additional features like embedding documents into a file which works significantly better than the default Microsoft embedding and allows easier cross referencing / support for figures. Table snips are very useful to for extracting data from bank statements.

No cons or any suggestions for improvements.

Nothing to note, datasnipper does exactly what is expected of it

Autosum and audit trail features. Makes it easy to pinpoint where the evidence is located in documents

Document size when imbedding files. No auto-shrink feature.

It is convenient to not have to go through any process to link documents to excel. Datasnipper makes it easy to bring in documents, pull information out of those documents, while linking that information to the exact place you found it. Extremely helpful for audits.

The process of deleting snips is a little tedious and can be frustrating when it looks like the snip has been deleted, but the link still seems to be present.

Time efficiency. The ability to manage multiple documents under one document.

There is nothing I like least about DataSnipper.

Saves time in matching data to source documents and importation of data from underlying sources to perform further calculations on.

Nothing comes to mind. I have no other comments to add here.

The increase in efficiency relating to the testing

The training which we had was too short.

Datasnipper allows everyone to work faster through testing in audit. Whether it's using it for manual snips to avoid typing, or using document matching or form extraction to pull information quickly from hundreds on invoices... Datasnipper is a time saver for all parties from staff to partner.

Not much, I think they need to publicize training videos or make more of them so people understand how to use it more. I've been teaching alot of poeple within my firm personally. I want everyone to use it!

It helps me to extract data fast and simple to use.

If I am not mistaken, it is impossible to add several different data in one cell (for example, to extract the difference of two sums)

extracting data from a bunch of documents ( form extraction). Sometimes it is messy with huge bunch of documents. But it works well with less documents
