Magento 2 Product Designer is a great tool for creating custom designs for products quickly and easily.
Pros
I find Magento 2 Product Designer to be a great tool that allows users to easily and quickly create custom designs for their products. It has an intuitive user interface and doesn't require any coding experience. It lets users upload images, change colors, and add text to make unique designs. The product designer also allows users to create print-ready designs for t-shirts, mugs, and other items. It's integrated with Magento 2, so users can quickly add designs to their e-commerce stores. Additionally, there is a collection of pre-made templates for users to use when creating their own designs.
Cons
The cost of Magento 2 Product Designer is high, and the learning curve for some users can be quite steep.

It managed the webstore when I came in, and it did work as is well enough. But our hands were tied with any modification needed as the company grew. And as the UI in other software we worked with got better, the lacking Magento UI became more and more of an issue.
Pros
It was the software in place when I started working with it. It was always frustrating, but the modules that were configured correctly did work as expected. At best, it was passible once set up.
Cons
Any changes or new features we wanted to use were a nightmare. We had to use some custom code to make up for the gaps in software functionality, which made small unrelated changed more likely to bring the whole site down. The UI isn't great and key aspects often fall off the screen with resizing.

Pros
We wanted to upgrade our Magento to Magento 2 and while doing this we also installed the product designer.Once set ip it was easy to use and worked well to customize products.
Cons
In the end using it and updating regularly was more complex than with another store management platform we switched to.

A product builder highly recommended

Pros
Great way to customize products quickly and easily, without needing any coding knowledge (most important feature!). The user interface is intuitive and the design tools give you plenty of options for customizing and creating your products from scratch. It also integrates seamlessly with other systems and applications, making it easy to manage your product designs across multiple platforms.
Cons
The resources in time in creating the products themselves.

Great choice as a web-to-print tool

Pros
Excellent tool to create custom products in the web-to-print area. Wide range of features and the always appreciated drag-and-drop interface. Additionally, it has powerful product management features like advanced pricing options and product variations.
Cons
No cons at this moment after a while using the addon.
