Pros
It's super easy and low impact on my life. They did the work and we're making much more than I expected from our off hours parking. The team is accessible and the customer service has been good.
Cons
Software is great but waiting on a few features (including customer validation). Hoping they get them soon.

Pros
QTP reached out to me when they saw a potential hiccup in the process because of a change at our end of things. They made sure the hiccup was avoided, and stayed on the phone until it was fixed. They didn't rush me off the phone to make some kind of call quota.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints from my perspective on using QTP

Working with management and staff of Quick Text Pay has been effortless for us. They are lightening fast at responding to concerns or requests and are always most friendly. No complaints on our end whatsoever.
Pros
We enjoy the ease of operation of their software and the ability to track our progress daily and monthly.. We can also adjust our fees right from within the software.
Cons

So far we have had good response to any questions, and the process for getting the signage up and the arrangements that they made to have all the signs printed and installed was super. Very easy to work with.
Pros
We had a problem with University Students filling up our parking lot and not having enough space for our members to park even on Sundays. With a paid lot that is no longer a problem keeping only those willing to pay a small fee using our lot. This has eliminated most all of our parking issues. I like being able to enter a license plate number to quickly determine if the person has paid for their time or is a permit authorized user.It was also nice to be able to supply QTP with an excel file containing about 100 member's license plate numbers and phone numbers and QTP then entered all the plate numbers into the permit system without us having to do that full entry process which saved us a lot of my time.
Cons
Since we have a number of folks from our Church that we allow to always park without pay and also some that are special Monthly Parking it is important to me to be able to modify the permit data section to mostly change the end date without having to delete the old entry and completely re-entering the entire form with a minor update to the end date.

Great revenue channel for non-profits

Pros
Quick Text Pay is an easy to implement software solution to managing our organizations parking lot. They are great communicators, supportive in troubleshooting our questions, and so quick and easy to set us up on their system. This is a fantastic way to bring additional revenue to a small and growing organization with prime parking real estate in downtown Portland. Excited to see what the summer season brings!

The team at QTP made the conversion of this parking lot so painless. They covered their bases so we could get right to monetizing the lot. The back office side make seeing and analyzing the data straight forward.
Pros
I love that the software was web-based and required no app download for the end user. It is just an easy access via a QR and a fairly straight forward transaction. I like that the users of our parking lot can pretty easily take care of their payment and not need to wait in que at a pay station or add any software to their phone.
Cons
I do not yet have any complaints with Quick Text Pay.

The QTP team has been just awesome to get us up and going. They are professional follow-through folks. They did a great job of training us on the system, helping us with initial decisions, and they continue to be responsive to our random questions and needs. The deployment, daily operations, and the software have all been glitch-free.
Pros
Foremost, I love that QTP is easy for the parking user. Parkers see our parking rates immediately upon scanning our QR code, and completing a parking transaction takes a parker only seconds. The parking management platform is slick. The dashboard shows snapshots of parking revenue by day or month, pricing is easy to adjust, and the parking log of current and expired parkers is super easy to search. I manage parking compliance by entering just partial license plate numbers!
Cons
Our church has used the software for a few months, and there is nothing we don't like about it.
