> **Pros**: Very easy to set up a campaign with existing templates. Great support. Great that you have a central inbox to manage all replies. Really efective.

> **Cons**: What I don't like so much: it counts as leads people that have simply responded "No thanks". It should be able to distiguish positive vs negative responses, as it's time consuming to have to do this manually. Some things are a bit hard to grasp in the beginning. like how enrichment doesn't work in parallell campaigns (but the support is great)

> Overall, I love the tool. It is effective and in generel, easy to use.
