One of the best WhatsApp Business API tools in the market

Pros
Seamless integration with Shopify & the WhatsApp Commerce are my most favorite features of Interakt. One can easily sync their Shopify catalog with Interakt and start selling products on WhatsApp.
Cons
It would be really great if the variants functionality in the catalogue is available.

A nightmare for 2 years

A whatsApp chat company dont have chat support. Email response time is 24 hours.
It take 4-5 days...
A whatsApp chat company dont have chat support. Email response time is 24 hours.
It take 4-5 days just to fix online meeting. Solution takes weeks.
Most of the time, we have to solve our issues ourselves.
Its not businessman friendly.
Dont lose your business with interakt
Pros
They are providing chat api. But nothing more.
Cons
Pathetic customer support. You need to leave your business and become developer to use their software.

It didn’t allow to integrate the already acquired users on the platform. Also tagging and segmentation of users specially if you want to remove someone from the customer list is too complicated

Interakt is perhaps the most affordable app when it comes to WhatsApp marketing. It offers the basic WhatsApp automation you need for customer outreach.
Cons
The dashboard is a little complex. The broadcast campaigns are slightly tough to send as they need Whatsapp approvals.
