> **Pros**: Es ist von Anfang an einfach und klappt bei der Installation, bei Neukunden vor Ort und im Büro oder zuhause, wenn ich mal was lösen muß.Ich werde nicht arm dabei und fasse es im Grunde nicht, wie man für einen so moderaten Preis so ein Produkt und einen nicht nur tadellosen, sondern überaus engagierten Support bekommt, wo man sonst praktisch komplett allein und erschossen wäre.

> **Cons**: kann ich nicht sagen. Keine Klagen, kein Aufstöhnen bei irgendwelchen Dingen, die es für mich leisten muß.

> Für mich als Kleiner, der viele verschiedene Dinge und Themen lösen muß ist das Programm bzw. der Service ein Geschenk. Ohne wäre ich nicht handlungsfähig.
