A excellent tool for transitioning conversations into sales pitches, and the scripts are simple to follow. Our customer conversations are more successful, and having a script assures you don't forget anything. Convin comes highly recommended by me. It's a pleasure to work with the customer support team there.
Pros
Convin was a breeze to set up for us. With a single exe push, it updates itself! It's incredible to feel the silent push of guidance while live listening! Their customer service representatives are quite helpful! Their entire team is really attentive and helpful. They respond to queries quickly and effectively. The software is excellent, but it is their staff that made my experience with Convin truly exceptional. Convin has assisted our personnel in increasing conversion rates and getting back on track whenever a call is derailed by a customer. Convin provides many features and functionalities from the persopective of agents as well as managers.

Convin is an excellent tool for learning, demoing, taking notes, and more. I couldn't accomplish my job without Convin, and it's a tool I use on a regular basis. Every sales organization requires this to increase sales conversations, transaction closing rates, and customer relationships. This is very useful when returning to re-listen to calls for discovery.
Pros
Conversations captured by Convin can be easily rewatched.
- The Coaching sessions are simple to implement and improve call quality.
- A powerful search feature that allows you to find a call by its content, participants, or call contents (based on the transcript), as well as an advanced keyword search filter is something that I used everyday.

Taking on my difficulties with Convin!

Pros
I can't picture life before Convin. I like being able to focus on my calls without having to take notes, and I like being able to listen back later and catch things that I may have missed the first time. I really enjoy being able to listen in on my coworkers' calls and learn from them. Don't be afraid to have your conversations recorded. Convin.ai is a fantastic resource. Being able to learn from the talks of others, as well as listen back to my own conversations and evaluate what went well and what didn't, has been tremendously beneficial as a new employee.
Cons
Sometimes interpretation of the conversation to text can be wrong, I usually have to listen back to the recording. Else, every other feature is beneficial to me

Convin assists me in reviewing my talks, identifying areas for improvement, and eventually becoming a better sales representative with easily implementing correct measures. The ability to track each and every word within your meeting is extremely useful not just for taking fantastic notes for sales, but also for highlighting top filler rates and alerts you can work on to eliminate out of future conversations. I really appreciate the option to listen to calls while on the run as it is smoothly integrated with CRM to fetch all the data related to calls.

The ability to effortlessly review, share, and collect feedback on your customer calls. Convin is an excellent tool for analyzing client calls and serving as a useful coaching tool which is easy for managers to assess and provide targeted feedback to sales teams, and implement. With the earlier recordings, it also assists new account teams in getting up to speed on previous calls and the health of the account. Support team performs very well while maintaining a good connect with us.
Cons
I use Convin daily to get which deals belong to Win-win situation and where I can imply some corrections from my end. From Convin's end, everything is upto the mark.

Pros
We use SDRs to schedule meetings with Convin. Listening to their initial phone call allows me to prepare for my finding in a manner that conventional notes cannot which is easy to use and integrate. As a salesperson, I must concentrate on engaging with prospects, developing rapport, and listening to their needs. Convin enables me to devote my complete focus to my prospects. I'm always learning new things and new features with complete engagement of convin's customer support team. It's great to be able to listen back to my calls and learn how to enhance my talk track and approach.

Convin has made it easier for my QA and myself to track and improve my communication and performance related to customer satisfaction and self growth , as without it i feel its quite hard to implement and deliver what the org. really wants from its employees. convin has the capability to induce a positive crticism based on my conversation with customers , also it has been evident enough that without it, the quality of our services would just collapse.1.Positive criticsm regarding my conversations is one of the best thing as i personally believe theres always room for growth.2.Easy to use and easy to recover data, No data is ever messed up.3.Created an enviroment of self growth, self improvement and analysis my speech and enhances my vocabulary (as i am able to listen to my calls and work on the grey areas).

The ability to return to a call and locate pertinent information shared. Getting feedback from the manager on my calls and saving time on note-taking. Convin is a fantastic tool, and I don't know anyone who does not use it on a daily basis. If you work in a sales team, you will benefit from this.

I felt sure that I could step into the role and succeed after attending coaching sessions and listening to calls provided by Convin. Getting caught up on discovery calls has been made easier in attending more calls. Understanding how I ask questions and navigate a discovery call. Convin was created to be extremely user-friendly, removing a frequent obstacle to software adoption. It provides amazing support and number of features helps you enhance your skills.

Pros
Convin keeps my team on track when callers present us with diverse scenarios. They are no longer stumbling over their words. It's also quite beneficial when kids get pop-up boxes with other phrases to utilize instead of their own. It has helped my team from becoming frustrated when they are caught off guard by what a caller may say. This has benefited some of my non-high producers with their cash collections. The data also allowed me to identify areas of opportunity for various users and coach them accordingly. I also recognized that I needed to adjust the language based on what my top producers said in order to help the rest of the team.
Cons
It occasionally confuses words with what the consumer said rather than what I said, however Convin ensures that we as agents end the call on a pleasant note with our customers, hence raising our conversation rates.

Pros
The only way to bridge the gap between sales and marketing is for marketers to gain a comprehensive understanding of what is going on in the sales area. Convin has made this easy for us to get the comprehensive study of calls. I've committed to spending at least one hour every day listening to sales calls. I can easily implement and set out time to "sharpen the saw" and simply try to elevate my game with what I've learned about what the sales staff is facing and what our customers are thinking. All of these insights enable me to design more effective sales process that too with excellent customer support.
Cons
Even after using Convin daily for almost a year, I am unable to figure out any dislikes in the product.

The user-friendly layout and organization of all facts and tips in Convin is commendable. Convin has an option to filter out calls based on sophisticated keyword searches, which I use frequently. I like being able to see what I'm using for talk offs and how often I do what I need to do. I like the AI component and how easy it is to customize the system to match our needs. The Convin's team has been quite helpful, and the platform has exceptional features. Convin is significantly shortening our agent training timeframe and increasing agent success rate.
Cons
Initially, I found it a bit tough to implement but now I am familiar with the features and flow of structure so it works smoothly.

Convin provides you with the tools to grow as an individual contributor while also assisting coaches in rapidly ramping their sales teams. My former firm did not use Convin, and now that I work for one that does, I recognize the importance of being able to listen to your calls. Convin gives me an advantage in determining my strengths and limitations.
Pros
I can coach myself, share with my team and obtain feedback, and iterate on what works and what doesn't. A versatile tool! Metrics require self-reporting as well as team-wide reporting. Convin customer supports my finest sales deals. Having the option to go back and analyze my calls allows me to provide the greatest assistance and experience to my consumers. I like to use and implement it daily.

Not a huge issue, but the dashboard might occasionally be slow to load, which can interfere with the process of completing manual audits. Additionally, rare technical glitches cause user calls to not surface immediately on the dashboard, but they usually do within a few hours.

Convin is a critical answer for a role I just started. Convin has helped me become more comfortable with taking notes, honing my approach, and learning from others.
Pros
Convin has the option to jump to the specific topic. Convin helps in maintaining a record of all discussions for current and future reference. Coaching sessions provided by Convin assist is to develop skills to deal with cold phoning and introductions. With the simple implementation and daily usage of Convin, my intros are becoming more fluid.

The best approach to use Convin.ai is with a transcription. Because the calls were recorded, I can go back and evaluate them more readily. It also helps me with my work.The accuracy of AI-driven voice conversion to transcript has impressed me. It significantly reduces my workload.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was the transcripts themselves. Sometimes it is wrong. Nevertheless, it makes evaluations quick, easy, and accurate, so I would want to see adjustments made to their transcripts.

I just want to be able to recall what I said. Convin does the same for me in very easy to implement way. Because it records the call, I can listen to it whenever I choose. It allows me to examine my calls and see whether I'm talking too much or missing a sales opportunity. I enjoy being able to search calls to learn more about a specific issue. That is one of the reasons I admire Convin. It helps me to stay on target for my calls every day and enables me to improve my calls!

Convin provides the ability to listen to calls again, especially at 2x speed to save time. I can improve my sales techniques by evaluating calls with Convin and easily integrating the insights in my calls. Convin makes it simple to evaluate calls and provides valuable insights into the talk ratio, prospect speaking speed, filler rate, interruption rate, interactivity, and other metrics. Convin is my favorite daily usage tool.

Allows us to deliver more real-time teaching to our agents without the need for a manager to be present. Allows our compliance team to get a full scope of calls, assuring compliance throughout the entire spectrum of our hundreds of daily calls.

Convin assists me in avoiding missing bits of the script. When I'm having a horrible sales day, I look at this. It allows me to know the areas I am missing so that I may correct them and, hopefully, recover and finish the day strong. It helps us to monitor and improve our sales process. Implementing Convin's features is very smooth and infact the ease of integration makes Convin very handy.

It's extremely user-friendly and straightforward, which are always desirable features for a business that is customer oriented. It improves my work because, while it is **so cringey** to hear yourself speak on video, it helps you discover trouble areas and the filler rate in a conversation.

Convin is easy to understand and navigating through the application is effortless. The application is designed to be user-friendly, with easy navigation and a wide range of features. Additionally, if we are in need of assistance, the convin's support team is always there for you and they always ensure that the issues raised are addressed and resolved at the earliest.
Cons
While doing call audits through convin, at times, the transcripts that is displayed doesn't really match the call, and the keyword based search option they offer has some improvements to be made, for example, if we are to search for a certain word said by the agent, the tool will show the calls / chats where the word has been said by both the agent and the customer.
