Overall, Ocoya is my go-to social media marketing tool. With the AI features included, I can create a post in minutes in all the sizes available for each platform.
Pros
Ocoya's AI Tools feature is what I like most about the platform. Although most social media marketing tools have similar features nowadays, Ocoya stands out with its Post Generator and Prompt Library. The Post Generator lets you use AI-generated posts that are tailored to your interests and industry. On the other hand, prompts from other users are accessible in the Prompt Library, saving time and effort.
Cons
It would be great if they could integrate Google My Business and YouTube Shorts soon. I am also waiting for in-depth analytics, as support says it will be available shortly.

Amazing tool to manage all of my social medias, the schedule option is well above my expectations, even the posts completely generated by AI are good!
Cons
Though not a dealbreaker, I think that shorts (Youtube reels) and twitter should be on Ocoya, its coming, but not really here at the moment I'm writing.

love that i can post at certain times without having to worry about login in and posting. makes the job much easier because i can get everything done in one go. i love how organized the layout is so i can see what went up on social media as well as the drafts.
Cons
sometimes it gives me a hard time. it’s often hard to post videos because ocoya says there are certain resolutions that need to be met (yet they are met).
i also hate that sometimes the website refreshes randomly and you completely lose your draft. it would be amazing if there were an automatic draft saver because i write captions and prepare my post, and all of a sudden it’s gone.
sometimes my posts also don’t go up for random reasons. “instagram allows a maximum of ten slides”, yet i have nine slides.

Ocoya sort of works. The Instagram video thing is a huge miss, and analytics is a big one too, and open-ended promises of delivery without a roadmap or results is leaving me less and less sure they're going to spend the time fixing them. Would love to be proved wrong on this!
Pros
It's cheaper than other options. The feature set they promise is good (more on that in the cons though). Ease of use is high. LinkedIn and Facebook post reliably. The ability to duplicate and reuse old posts is helpful. Calendar is a good feature. UI is clean.
Cons
It's impossible to post a video to Instagram. (Yes, my Instagram account is properly set up according to Ocoya's requirements.) I alerted their team two months ago and, despite multiple promises that they'd get right on it, nothing has changed. Posting to other sites works for the most part (it's failed intermittently on Twitter). It'd be nice to be able to set up a single post but schedule it for different post times on different platforms, but this isn't a feature they're planning to implement. You can work around it by creating separate posts but that makes things a bit more difficult to manage.They've still not released analytics, which was promised before the new year, then moved to March, and now just says "coming soon" as of May 5.

I'm very pleased with Ocoya and it's replaced buffer for me. It has more features, a nice user experience and that just makes scheduling content that little bit easier with AI.
Pros
The social scheduling and previews are great, and the AI copywriter makes ideas for captions much easier.
Cons
More integrations would be great, and Twitter threads would be good (however, maybe not now with the huge Api cost)

The idea of having unlimited extensions and add-ons to improve your content is great.
Cons
The interface of this product is almost there, but is not there yet. For my usecase, I manage multiple SMM clients at a time. FOr that reason, I need to be able to see how my different clients are doing. Instead, I see everyone's content at the same time. Also, the inability to do approvals makes this kind of annoying for my usecase as well. But, what did it in for me was the EXTREMELY flaky notifications that should (theoretically) let me know that content wasn't posted successfully. I didn't find out that content didn't get posted until after I got an upset phone call from my client. When I logged into Ocaya to check, I saw a red mark next to the post in question...but nothing else out of the blue, really.
