There were free alternatives with better ease of use for our purposes(Kahoot).

The logging-in process seems to be confusing for some of the users. It will be good to have a carousel of sorts to explain the flashcards, challenges cards, topics, leaderboards, etc.

- CMS is very easy to use- Comprehensive FAQ that i can always refer to - Gametize team replies extremely promptly and is always offering alternative solutions - Features in the app fulfill our requirements.

- There can be more personalisation features - Horizontal scrolling was not very user friendly - The poll can cater to having an 'Others' (free-text field) option- When there are notifications, it should be clickable such that it guides you to the announcement content- Design can be made less corporate

The user interface is easy to understand so do the user experience. There are a lot of different learning activities available for the users, from qr code to prediction. It changes the traditional learning style to fun and engaging style.

They can add in forum features for more engagement method.

I like 3 main things on the peogram:
1. The ease of creating gametize program depends on the need
2. The ease of usage which any user can easily use without complex tutorial
3. The proactiveness of support team with clear respond on any issue/ request

If this can be used as training portal, it will be a complete one stop solution for the capability program

Intuitive, easy to learn, easy to use platform that offers the core of gamification to any project.

Can't think of anything that is a big issue.

My maintenance team are great at their job, but writing and recording their work is not the favourite part of their job Developing a game that incentivised clear recording of their processes has made them much more detailed in writing their reports.

The challenge was onboarding our older staff. They've been doing their job well for us for years now, and are still learning to use the app as well as their younger colleagues.

The Gametize team was able to fully whitelabel our app, so our trainee's see it as their own brand. The Gametize team is always quick to respond and help, even despite timezone differences. We deeply value their partnership.

New features can take time to implement. However, I'm happy that the 2.0 version includes many recommendations for updates we have made in the past, such as sizing sizing for swag in the prize store.

Ease of usage. And also awesome customer support. Gametize team has one of the best customer support that I've experienced. Kudos for that!

The need to deploy in block (subscription based) rather than pay per use (but the team has helped us a lot in this matter :) )

I absolutely loved the support team - they were so quick to answer and always very helpful. Amazing service, really. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use. I liked the challenges suggestions and I know that the people who played it, enjoyed it as well.

Having to click "show more" every time I was going through the "activity" tab. When I clicked on a challenge to read the comments and went back I had to kept pressing "show more" over and over again to see the old ones.

Also, I was missing a functionality of restarting the points at the beginning of a given month without deleing the players' completions.

Finally, the analytics could be improved. When looking at graphs, they often overlap, are squeezed etc. I cannot really select the data I want based on anything else but the date - that is quite limiting and for a premium service I would expect more options.

I used the software as I was looking to digitalise an existing gamified product in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Gamitize exceeded a lot of expectations throughout the entire process of set-up right through to operationally ready. It was seamless and simple to use, backed by a great support team.
Effective and no fuss., thats how all great solutions should be. I’m glad that this is a option I can look to should the opportunity arises again.

None I can think of at the moment although more use is needed.

Easy to use and admin. The function will updates regularly.

Need to scroll all the way . This limits the topic/challenges to be post as people wont scroll too many times. If changed to icon display, it will be much more user-friendly.

Really easy to use. It’s easy to use for both general users and administrators.

Functionalities can be enriched and I’m looking forward to more features being made available.

The support from the team is superb where the milestones, project plan and implementation plan are well identified and followed. The team endeavors to look into the queries or issues throughout the implementation of the software and always provides feedback to us. Also, the platform is easy to operate and manage from an admin perspective. With the project team over 15 core members, we could monitor the platform and ensure a smooth user experience with little issues. I really appreciate the support and support from the Gametize team.

Not really a thing I dislike or like the least. Perhaps the Gametize Team should consider developing more features or game modes.

The flexibility of the gamification platform allows customization to a wide variety of course and response types.

Not a con on the company's end. But we have not yet integrated it with our university's system, so the creation of user and admin account is manual and can be a hassle for new users. Gametize's support staff has been exceptional at helping us with this.

Easy to use. Can earns points while browsing the web

Not easy to nevigate. Sometimes the speed / connection is slow

user experience is different between ios, android and web. structure of the game i.e. topics doesn't make it intuitive for new users, most get lost and not sure what to do next or where to click.

1. trainers could control when users can move forward to the next challenge. Particularly useful in virtual training.

Performance Metrics & leaderboards - keeps our team members engaged and gives them a benchmark to work against

Badge management - not the most applicable for our industry
